Family Dollar

In the past months I have visited this store on multiple occasions and I love that I don’t have to search for items all over the store they are in the correct place also I spoke with the store manager(Kiaya)and told her how I was impressed with the cleanliness and how organized this store has become before it was nasty and had rude employees working inside. I Love how they greeted me as I walked inside and I didn’t have to wait in line. This is the type of customer service that keeps me coming back and fyi I don’t live in this area but when I need something from family dollar I bypass all the other stores to come here and get the things I need….

This is by far one of the cleanest Family Dollar stores of ever been to very organised... and the manager takes really good care of her store and people...I have been coming here for the last 5 years and I have never seen this store in a mess.

Typical cheap merchandise. No better than any other and far worse than some. Paulyn, the manager, is less than helpful falling back oh the old stand by line of "that's the way the company does it." For a total of 50 cents she has lost a customer for life. If that's the way the company does it, congratulations.

The lady at the register doesn’t seem like she even wants to work. She didn’t come to the register until about 8 minutes after, they had let her know there was people at the register, it was about 5 of us.She was walking VERY slow. When she gets to the register she was finishing up her text before attending the customer infront of me. While attending us (customers) she was on her phone.

Lady with short hair horrible employeee . She followed me around the whole store while I was shopping and when I fanilly went to go make the line to cash out she starts accusing me what I do with the products I had seen because they were in my hand. I decided not to buy them and she starter me acclaiming me of stealing and where did I leave the item. I told the employee I did not have intentions ofbuying the items and she started assaulting me .so first I get followed in the store and this is discrimination. Second I couldn't continue to buy anything from how awful I was treated. Never again. This happened 10/23/23 at 5:44pm.

The girl that works there as a cashier, was very rude, nasty and disrespectful towards a senior citizen, I heard all of conversation, the old lady was greeting her while she ignored her instead to apologize she chose to disrespect her in front of every body treating her as B…. This is unacceptable

I rate this store and these 3 quote on quote managers a zero. This is by far the most unorganized and filthiest unattractive store that I've ever been in. The 3 managers(Darlene, Ms. Wilson and Dale) are very incompetent , terrible attitudes, beyond rude and has absolutely no clue about anything asked. The customer service is as poor as it could get. Darlene didn't know how to do a refund, she actually used her personal phone calculator and after 20 minutes of trying to figure out how to refund me a $5.00 overage, she gave up and told me to come back tomorrow since Ms. T was the one who did this transaction the wrong way. I went back the following day at 9:30 am and Ms. Wilson(Not sure if that's her real name, she had short, reddish colored hair) said to come back after 11am because it was too early to do a refund. At this point, I was beyond baffled. I asked for the name and number to the District store manager and Dale said... I don't know the name or phone number of the District manager but when the store manager Carlos makes his rounds, I'll ask him whose the District manager. Omg! Unbelievable!!! #Very Sad. I then went to the Family Dollar on McNab and 81St, where the store was very clean, organized and inviting. The young lady that assisted me was very pleasant and without any questions, hesitation or incompetence she made the correction and refunded me the overage and the name and number to the District manager was posted on the the door for the customers to see as it should be.

To corporate office. If u guys care about your customers loyalty then u guys need to reevaluate your management team at store 6039 in north Lauderdale fl 33068. I witness your morning shift manger arguing with a customer about a mask then she walks in his face ready to fight him. Me and 2 other customer walk out of the store. I love shopping with u guys. But u need a new manager to better run the store. Todays date is 2-6-2021 time 10:30am.. Thank you.

The girl didn't want to do her job. I had a coupon that expires in April she said the price is wrong just an FYI is an APP COUPON maybe she was wrong in the head
