Needed help with a mechanical watch. On the spot they gave me background on the watch, an estimate, and an assessment of if worthwhile. Appreciated their knowledge and candor. It was not too crowded at the time and they were very friendly. They also took a look at a couple old watches and gave me a quick assessment. I would definitely return for other work and recommend them to others.

I came in for a watch repair and to get some jewelry appraised but experienced so much more. Their showroom is absolutely beautiful but more importantly, they took the time to educate me on what my watch needed and explained what my jewelry was worth and why. I learned they are a family owned business and have studied their trade all over but I recall them saying mostly Austria and Switzerland. If you want high end, top notch service with the most knowledgeable people in the clock, watch and jewelry industry, look no further!

I was in the area and came across this location and found it to he interesting enough to check out as I have a passion for all kinds of watches and clocks. I was greeted by a couple of nice ladies representing the company and upon entering and was pleasantly surrounded with all types of clocks and timepieces and collectibles to a point It felt I like a stepped back in time with Antique mixed with some new items. Not to say they service your watches and clocks nothing to big or to small they have it all. I even had a chance to see the Owners expansive Elvis collection.I seen a couple of timepieces I wanted to do some research before purchasing but I wanted to let everyone know this is a hidden gem for all watch and clock anything relating horology enthusiasts. Highly recommend checking out.

I had passed this place for years and years and never stopped in. One day I needed my watch repaired and realized that Josef’s can help me. I brought them a couple other watches for maintenance and repair. They did a great job and had all of them working and looking good. I have been very pleased with them this far. They impressed me on another level when I had brought a silver necklace and bracelet that I have had for years to be cleaned. It was so dingy that I didn’t think anyone could clean it. Well I was wrong! Josef JR cleaned and it was so shiny like when I first got it. I was surprised and super impressed. I highly recommend them. Very nice and professional people. The shop also looks fantastic.

I came here to have a danty sterling silver cuff bracelet engraved after having every other jeweler that I could find in Fort Lauderdale tell me that they couldn’t engrave it. Not only was Joseph Jr able to engrave my bracelet, but he made it look absolutely stunning and I’m so excited to give it as a gift! Thank you again Joseph for all of your help! Top tier service! I called Mr. Josef to repair an antique tall case clock I've owned for more than 30 years. He had to rebuild the bushings and the entire gear system that are from the 1860s. What an amazing job he did! I was stunned by his artistry and knowledge of this mechanism. The clock now runs perfectly after a complete restoration. I am so pleased with Mr. Josef's expertise, skills, and abilities. His staff was extremely efficient and professional. Those of us in South Florida are so lucky to have this artisan in our community! I highly recommend Josef & Joseph for antique clock restoration.

Clock and Watch shop. It was a great experience for me as a customer.
These are real pros who do things first class all the way. I brought in a watch needing a battery replacement, one of the owners Joseph ,replaced the battery and cleaned the watch professionally while I waited. It did not take very long .
A lovely young lady Emily took care of the paperwork involved and was nice enough to converse with me while I was waiting for the watch. It is a beautiful 2 story clock and watch store as well as a professional repair facility. If you have never been to Josef and Joseph’s treat your self and stop in.
If you have already been there you know what a rare and special place it is.

This is the best watchmaker in South Florida. They specialize in both old and new, and can address nearly anything in house. Service, adjustment, repair, and more, available in a large, comfortable showroom.

Now, you'll pay for the quality of service, but they'll typically get it done faster than anybody else (especially manufacturers) and often at least as good in terms of quality (if not sometimes better.)

They work with all the brands, not just the Rolex and Omegas, and I've taken everything from humble Seikos to much fancier pieces to them for adjustments and service.

Their reputation precedes them and they are very well regarded as the best in Florida, but it's a well deserved reputation. Father and son both work on pieces alongside their cadre of professional watchmakers. For repair, service, or even purchase, this is your first stop.

Excellent experience. Recently had a complicated and unique watch overhauled. During the 20 years of owning this watch, I could not find anyone in the USA who was willing to service it. For maintenance my only choice was to send it back to Switzerland to the original watchmaker. Joseph (son of Josef) eagerly took on the project and demonstrated care and passion. Having the watch back in my possession… I can say it has never worked better! I am impressed with everyone I met in their shop and appreciate their professionalism. It will be THE place for me moving forward.

What a truly odd and out of place. But in the absolute BEST way possible.

I just went in to get a watch battery replaced and got caught up in their cool clicks and things and wa and ur mesmerized.

They have a real watch worn by Elvis on display.

And then I realized that upstairs is a whole hallway willed with worn and used Elvis attire and accessories.

Just pretty amazing to see!

Had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE here! Denise, Judi and Robin are so friendly and helpful. In fact, I went to get a battery watch for my husband, and decided to get my diamond ring inspected. Not only was the center stone loose, there were several cracked diamonds! I was shocked, and she even showed me under the microscope. I of course had my ring completely repaired there!
