This has been my Pharmacy for about 9 months. When I say they treat you like you are important to them, I mean every word of it.
I thank God for them because so many of these pharmacy”s treat you like you don’t matter.

Irene and Keisha are the two most sympathetic and empathetic pharmacist I have come across in 30 years. I was run over by a semi truck on my motorcycle and they have gone above and beyond to make sure and reassure me that my medications would be delivered if I'm unable to make it because I'm wheelchair-bound. And honestly I would recommend this place to anyone who ask me. In this day and age no one takes the time out to care no matter what situation you're in. But Irene and Kisha are exemplary pharmacist and again go above and beyond and I am blessed just to find them. I recommend this place to anyone they are compassionate caring extraordinary Pharmacy. And as I said before the pharmacist especially Irene and Keisha go out of their way to make you feel comfortable I was in tears I was so happy to have the relief of knowing my medications will be on time and filled.

This is the best experience I have ever had at a pharmacy. Normally I dread going to any pharmacy because it takes so long and when you need medication, it’s miserable. However, Baileys has really changed my opinion of pharmacies. They are quick and pay attention to every single detail which is so important to me. Keisha and Irene are always there to assist with any questions I have on my medication and they make me feel comfortable while asking personal questions. I am thankful for those two ladies and their hardwork! And grateful I found baileys.... I recommend this pharmacy to everyone who needs an AMAZING pharmacy. Thank you, Keisha and Irene! Baileys Medical is top notch and I will never deal with any other company. During the 9 months my mother was ill, MIchelle in equipment, and Dani in Billing worked with me on everything. They even made sure her bed was here before her, bringing it in from Vero to West Palm. Excellent service!!

Just started with Bailey's in the care of my mother. So far, nothing but excellence in service - from billing (insurance) to delivery! I am extremely happy and highly recommend them!

In my personal opinion, i gave this Pharmacy 5 stars for several reasons. First, the staff members gave me unique individual attention by calling me back 20 minutes sooner than i expected. Second, the pharmacist working (Irene & Keisha) went completely out of their way to call my doctor, get the medicine prepared, and phone me when it was ready. Usually, my prior pharmacy would handle such matters in a matter of 2 to 3 hours. Baileys Pharmacy and the 2 Pharmacist finished the procedure within half hour. I found that impressive. Finally, the free delivery is an invaluable service for myself. Due to my hectic work schedule, it is a godsend for me to have one less thing to pencil in my schedule. I canot say it enough, the 2 young ladies there are an asset not only to the company, but to myself as well. Thanx Again.

Thriston was very nice and professional. He came and set up the rails on the bed and took the old rdiks and trash with him. The company gave us a time frame of 11-5, however he was there about 11:30. Thanks for the assistance in such a timely manner. Great company and work ethics.

This business far surpasses large chain pharmacies such as CVS or Walgreens with personalized service and attention to each individual as a person and not just a customer waiting in line.
Irene actually remembers her customers; who you are and treats people with respect. They also offer free delivery if you are unable to pick up your prescription and my monthly prescription was half the cost of CVS.

Great pharmacy! love keisha and Irene fast service if you are looking for a pharmacy look no more baileys pharmacy has it all just look at the name itself bail they have delivered and saved my grandma a million times over love love love baileys so go to the pharmacy that's has it all😉
