Went there for a team building exercise with a lot of my coworkers that graduated from a leadership program. Absolutely had an amazing time and all of the instructors were fantastic. We all had such a great time, definitely a fantastic place for team building.

Riverfront is one of my favorite place to go for kayaking.
The staff is very friendly and professional. It’s a very quite and scenic place.
Strongly recommend this place to hangout with your friends.

Being a USF student, I feel blessed. This place is really so beautiful and soothing. It's only for USF people. The charge is $5 per person and you get 2 hours to have fun and come back on time.

Really a beautiful place to spend time kayaking and walking around. Park closes at 5 but they stop sending out boats by 3:30 if you want to go kayaking make sure you be there before that. You can easily spend 2 hours on water enjoying the nature

Are you depressed due to high gas prices, covid-19 issues? Then come on down to Lettuce Park. Walk your cares away as you observe nature and Her children. You can rent canoes, and enjoy the Hillsborough River. You can walk in the boardwalk, and look for crocs. Great place to picnic, ride bikes, meditate, jog. Playgrounds.

Awesome place for kayaking, canoeing and rope games! Beautiful and well maintained. There are alligators in lake so be careful about them!

A nice little canoe spot but you do have to have a U-number to rent a canoe. Only $10 per canoe and that's for 2 hours. We only encountered one other group while out and it was very quiet once away from the road. We saw many birds but no alligators for us unfortunately!

Always a good time! The kayaking is fun and a great price (note: one person must have a USF ID). Saw several gators last time, as well as many turtles, not to mention gator-turtle "friends". What an experience! Will be back for sure!

My daughter goes to USF and discovered this park with us for the rope course during family and friends weekend. This is a jewel. The students should definitely use this place more often.

I drove over to the USF riverfront park to get some fresh air and check it out. Super private and small-- has old boat ramp that is no longer in use, but still a really nice park 👍👍

Great place to have a walk, there are zip lines, a frisbee golf course, volleyball, and kayaking. There may be more activities but I'm not even sure if the activities are open to the public.

Haven't done the new ropes course or the Frisbee golf but I love the kayak/canoe experience. The water is always nice and cold and the paths you can take are just beautiful. Best place for USF Students to be on the weekends!

Nice, basic disc golf course. Lots of hawks as well!

I go here for the disc golf course. It's a nicely maintained course that has many holes that move basket positions. The course has a fairly easy to moderate difficulty. The front nine is a bit easier and open while the difficulty goes up a bit in the back nine due to it being in the forest with lots of trees. You can lose discs in the back fairly easily if you don't pay attention to where they land or don't have a spotter. The park is part of the college and therefore you can have people walking around or events going on.

An excellent place for kayaking and canoeing. We could not go too far, but the scenes were fantastic and breathtaking. Free admission for USF student and staff. Twice a year, the kayaking and canoeing are free: First 50 Days of Summer in July and Glow in the Park on Halloween night. Otherwise, in every academic semester, there were usually three to four nights that the Outdoor Recreation hosts Moonlight Canoeing for USF students who may purchase the tickets for $5 per person with single boats, 2-person boats, or 3-person boats available, but it was difficult seeing anything. Sometimes, the alligators are easy to spot as they lay down to rest by the bank.

The bathroom needs to be maintained well. I like this place because it is the nearest from USF for kayak and also organize picnic, family gathering. There is a parking lot structure and it is free. You can do zip lock here - normally they offer group discount and for USF students.

Most of the time, it's great! Super cheap to go Canoeing/Kayaking if you're a USF student ($5 for a rental) and the river is beautiful! I had one bad experience with one of the staff where he was very pushy and rude, but otherwise it's usually a great time.
