Dr. Richard Henry’s is an amazing surgeon. He’s worked on my arm twice and has done an excellent service to me. My arm has never felt better. The staff are great and make you feel relaxed before surgery and it helps.

Good afternoon my experience with North Shore Medical Center has been one, that had me to take time out a d fill out a small surgery that will be followed up with more and informed on my experience. I would like to THANK the Nursing Staff that assist me, and I call them my 5 star list. They went above, beyond the call of duty, with that it showed me they truly CARED about me. Emmanuel, Tomya, Marie J, Werlie, Olivia, Ellie that’s just to name a few I will be going deeper on another note TRUST!!! I asked who lead such an awesome TEAM and was told her name is Demetria all I can say is WOW!! I believe this beautiful young lady with the heart she has extended it to her staff. I was having it so hard her staff said wait talk to our Manager n she came she sat with me n assured me that my stay will be better just give her a chance, she got the doctor she got my breathing treatment when she finished n she stayed til after 11:30 n I knew it was time for her to go but I was just that important to her. to assure everything was in order before she left and that made me knew that I was loved and cared about. I just WISH that her and her team can get A FEW MORE DOLLARS MORE why you would ask because they are truly WORTHY OF THAT!!! This hospital need much work it was not an easy stay I have a FULL report that I have taken time to write an address but that c will be given to all newspapers Tv news stations something need to b done I have pictures and it’s just sickening, and North Shore Medical I have a BIG NICE COPY FOR YOU TOOO!!!! Anything I missed spelled or sound out of order I don’t have my glasses but the report that I will have for the media YOU WILLLLL UNDERSTAND THAT!!!

Northshore Medical center, has been a blessing, my mom Victorine Edie is admitted there and Nurse Judy Seide is like an angel in disguise. She takes good care of her and always got my mom smiling even though she is always in pain. Keep up the good work Audrey, we need more nurses like you. Mirriam

It’s amazing hospital I was here today they got me out real quick, they have amazing team especially all the doctors, nurse's, they’re all handsome and beautiful and so intelligent. It’s the place to be at ! Okayyy !! All staffs were amazing but thumbs up to Serge, Leonie and Ishmael!!!

Hi my name is Sherner Gumbs today I went to North Shore hospital emergency room and they treated me so well and kind hearted Ms Karlene Ms Paula and Ms Gladys was so kind hearted loving and special they held my hands and comfort me throughout my party from the time I got there until I left they were so nice and I thank them from the bottom of my heart. They make me feel so much better. Thanks guys❤

The entire experience was overwhelming to me as a first mom in labor but thanks to the entire team between labor and nursing my experience was much easier. Specially thank you to Allison, Angela, Jessica, Amanda and all of the nurses and the doctors which made this experience something to remember in a good way!! I truly appreciate it all the effort and professionalism!

My personal experience in this hospital was good. My uncle went in critical condition and thanks to the Doctor's (very knowledgeable) and the staff was very supportive my uncle is doing well. Thank you Vanessa (nurse ) for all your help and support.

My son Marvin Chatman is admitted to icu unit room 11 . Pct Audrey and nurse Geisa Lopez has been amazing caring dor my son, they have helped him really good proving great care with compassion. Thanks to their care my son is feeling better even with his diagnosis and chronic conditions. We as family are really happy and pleased with their care.

Amazing Service! Nurse Giselle And Doctor Derek Was kind ,Attentive And listened. I suffer from bad allergies. And they were very knowledgeable!! Go Northshore !

Elena K is one of the nurses that was taking care of my mother while I was with her for a few day she was so nice and care for my mom always put a smile on her face even though my mom was in pain . So thankful 😍

All the nurses in tower 1 especially grace and legacy i have no words to thank them for everything hope the world would be like they have been

The staff are amazing at labor and maternity two thumbs up!! We can’t name one person when all the staff since the arriving of my wife and new born baby couple of days ago.. everyone was so excellent on attention, service and cleanliness of the hospital.
We can only say thank you to labor and maternity for taking care of my new born, wife and me

I just gave birth to my second baby here and I was blown away by how wonderful the treatment was. From the moment I came into the L&D triage nurse Yas was very attentive and communicating to me everything that was happening. Charge Nurse Emily was also very sweet and made sure we were comfortable and ready for having our baby. My delivery was smooth and everyone respected my husband and my wishes. The nurses on the post partum unit were also very sweet and attentive. Id like to thank Natalia, Natasha, and Joanne for the wonderful care! I would deliver here again because of them. Thank you to everyone for making my second birth perfect.

I wanted to thank the entire staff/nurses of North Shores surgical department hospital and also the staff in the main entrance of the hospital. I give this place a complete 5+ stars!

After visiting 2 other hospitals in Miami hospital in the last few weeks, where I didn’t have the best of experience, I was super skeptical about North Shore hospital, especially after seeing that they have a rating of 2.8 stars.

However, my doctor only does surgery procedures at this hospital so I had to have my surgery done here.

The hospital is beautiful and gives off tropical vibes — exactly as you’d imagine a hospital in Hawaii or a Caribbean island. It had beautiful trees, flowers and plants. Looked new and super clean.

I was so scared to have my surgery procedure but the staff in the surgical department were so kind, caring, nurturing, helpful and just truly nothing short of incredible. Each and every single one of them were truly special human beings and as a whole they all make a great team and work so well together. It was truly beautiful to witness. I have never seen such beautifully conducted teamwork. There was definitely good and positive energy and vibes.

My last 2 experiences in the other 2 hospitals in Miami, made me lose hope in the medial world, in hospitals and in doctors but North Shore hospital really helped restore all the pain I had gone through.

From beginning to end my experience here was incredible! I felt cared for and loved and I want to thank you each and every single one of my guys for changing my life for the better both physically, emotionally and mentally. Thank you for the love you give your patients.

I had a great experience at North Shore Medical Center and with Dr. Sabrine Semoin. The laparoscopic cholecystectomy (gallbladder removal) went as expected. The hospital staff was amazing, from the nurses to the anesthesiologist, and her team explained all details and what to expect before, during and after surgery. My recovery time was shorter and less painful than expected. I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and its staff. I have to give a special thanks to the nurse Hugette for her bedside manner. She calmed my nerves and removed the apprehension I had about the physical appearance of the hospital and its outdated decir. The people here are what makes the place shine.
