Kaitlyn is a GEM! Don't you ever lose that employee --- she works hard with a smile!

When we arrived she was taking inventory. She acknowledged us with a warm greeting after a short wait. She explained she'd wash her hands and gloved up. Being a half hour before close, she had started her cleaning duties, but still offered to reassemble the pop machine for us. We declined, as the gas station is connected space and we were happy to help her accommodate our late order. She chatted while she constructed our sandwiches and rang us out. We enjoyed every minute and bite!

Incredible service from Erbs and Gerbs.
Ordered delivery through DoorDash and the driver ended up storming out when the store was out of a meat and had to reach out to make a substitution.
The store ended up calling us to let us know about the altercation and not only refunded us but also delivered the order with an apology note themselves.

Great experience! The Holiday and Erberts and Gerberts combination was phenomenal. An exquisite road trip stop. Little bit of everything. Would recommend to anyone passing through! Truly an iconic place to visit.

Good food, even better customer service!
I had a slight issue with my delivery order last time, let them know, and they made up for it 10 times over. I felt bad complaining but they were determined to make things right and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

You can't teach that kind if pride in your work. 10/10

I am very happy with this store. They have a friendly staff, and my order gets to me so fast! I always order extras, and they get it right every time. It’s the best sandwich place around, for sure!

I have ordered from this location on a few different occasions. Always top notch service. Had a small issue this evening but the guy that fielded my phone call was awesome.
