Had a great experience getting a new couch and bed at rooms to go. Amy is the one who helped us and she is WONDERFUL. She is very knowledgeable and really understood exactly what we needed. She also didn’t give up until we felt what we picked was a “10” and I really appreciated the extra care she put into helping us make our decision!

I visited Rooms To Go today in Pompano to purchase new furniture for my new spot. I had the chance in meeting an awesome salesperson, Amy. Amy was so nice and very personable. Talk about a lady that knows her inventory. She was very patient as she listened and answered any and all of my questions thoroughly. Her ideas in putting together color schemes and textures was much welcomed. If anyone is interested in purchasing new furniture for their home, please be to sure to visit Rooms To Go in Pompano and ask for Amy. She definitely provides her customers with the five star experience. Amy definitely ROCKS!!!

After spending the day in several furniture stores, I decided to stop by the Rooms to Go Super Showroom in Pompano. I was greeted by Ami, who asked what I was looking for. I explained and she took me to exactly what I what I had in mind.

To my surprise, I hit the Memorial Day jackpot. After selecting the living room furniture, Ami guided me around the showroom to help find complimenting coffee / end tables, and bar stools. Not only did I find them, I also found gorgeous lamps which I wasn’t looking for.

Very happy with my selection and also want to thank Ami for listening, understanding, and showing me exactly what I have been in search of.

The whole experience with the sales representative that assisted me in fully furnishing my new property was excellent. He was able to walk around and make adjustments to my pricing due to the volume I was purchasing. The managers and all staff were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend anyone to purchase from this location.

I visited the store with the idea of looking around and hopefully find everything that I needed for my new apartment. Once I walked in, Sales Associate Alba Romero introduced herself and offered me her help. I explained to her what I was looking for and she gladly showed me around the store. She was very kind, helpful, and answered all my questions. Thanks to Alba I was able to find everything that I wanted. I am grateful for her excellent and exceptional customer service. We went to the showroom today to purchase a new mattress. Our salesperson, Amy L. was not only extremely knowledgeable about what our best options would be, but guided us through the entire process seemingly effortlessly. We made our purchase without any issues, and are beyond excited about all of the comfortable, restful nights ahead of us. Amy has been our salesperson for previous purchases, and we will continue to seek her out for all of our future ones. She goes above and beyond to make her customers feel like they’re family. Raymond was such a huge help. He made buying furniture feel like a fun conversation, don't know how he did it. We truly enjoyed our experience there and got quality furniture. I'm recommending everyone to Ray moving forward, seriously.

I rarely leave reviews BUT, I decided to today because I got exceptional service from Christian. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and made my mattress shopping experience a great one. You can tell he has been doing this for a long time. He educated me about various ones and made sure to find one that was both economical and comfortable for me. Great experience with Amy at the Pompano location. We had shopped all the other furniture stores, and Amy was the first person to take the time and listen to our many requests. She helped show us multiple options while being conscious of what we were looking for. Helped us to find a solution that worked for us. Amazing shopping experience. Would visit this store again!

This place is huge with a bigger variety than other stores. I had an amazing sales rep named Linda. I came in pregnant with my 2 year old and my husband. She was so patient with us. I'm the type of person that likes to weigh my options so I walked around the entire show room. Linda with such grace and compassion showed me everything and answered all my questions . She worked on getting us the best price on the mattress for our new bedroom set that she helped us pick. I will be coming back in a couple weeks for my new couch which she also helped me pick. I would recommend everyone I know to Linda for being so helpful and insightful. 🏆

I recently visited the Pompano location and Sherry was wonderful! I had seen a beautiful daybed online but I was hesitant to purchase it without seeing it first. I arrived at the store with only 20min left to closing and not once did I feel rushed. I had to go to the Kids section where I was greeted by Sherry. She was very sweet, patient and professional! She helped me choose a mattress and color for the daybed. We set up payments and delivery and I was on my way! Ask for Sherry if you visit the store, she is wonderful!

Had a great shopping experience with Linda. Linda was patient and showed my daughter mattresses and allowed her to test them for her liking, while we looked at recliners for my husband. She showed her some that are specific to daybeds. She was also kind enough to tell us for same day take home to go to the Clearance. She never once hovered and gave us room to look. After we saw the clearance center and seen some mattresses. We decided on the mattresses we first saw. She was great at helping us with the Lazy Boy my husband wanted and gave us the price we were looking for. She went to the manager and honored it. Linda is amazing at customer service and expertise! Christian Faester ( Sales Associate) provided exceptional customer service. He asked me great questions on my preference, was extremely knowledgeable about the items he presented to me, and was extremely professional. Overall this was a great experience for purchasing my dining table and couch. I will definitely be returning to purchase more items in the future.

If it wasn't for my sales associate Donald Smallhorne I would have never been able to design my living room! I just repainted my home and have dark wood floors. Donald should be an interior designer. He has pin point accuracy in all his colors making my living room perfect without any worry as I had a huge headache trying to figure out what matches and what doesn't not. He also found me great savings on a recliner and rug to go with my new sofa!! I highly recommend Donald as he is very patient as my daughter was screaming in the store the entire time! thanks Donald I will be seeing u again soon!!!

Great experience there. Many selections. Ask for Zane he was excellent. Knew when to let us wander around and was there for us to wrap up and answer/address things when we did find something.

Patience is a virtue and our salesperson Amy had plenty of it! My fiancée and I visited the Pompano Beach store in search of a sleeper sofa. Not only was Amy very knowledgeable about the inventory, she walked us through our options taking into account both of our individual preferences and needs. At no point did we feel rushed or pressured and throughout, Amy offered good common sense suggestions which were extremely helpful in making our final decision. Our RTG experience was a positive one thanks to Amy who deserves every bit of our 5 star rating!
