Gilbert , was absolutely amazing ! My husband originally bought my diamond and engagement band 5 years ago from this Jared and I bought his wedding ring from this location as well . And out of all the times we have been back-and-forth to this particular Jared for ring inspections, as well as just browsing, we have never experience this type of exceptionable customer service. He was so patient , kind , and thorough to ensure that my ring would get the corrections and sizing it needed. So if you are ever planning to go to this Jared , ask for Gilbert , you won’t be disappointed.

Came in for a resizing on an engagement ring and had a great experience with Gilbert and Eric. Gilbert was very knowledgeable, and assisted me in looking at some wedding bands which was helpful in me finding what I want. After my engagement ring came back resized it was missing the engraving on the band which Eric then had re-engraved and polished within 20 minutes or so which saved me having to come back to the store. Positive experience, I would recommend!

Steven was very helpful explaining how my Moms Rolex watch works.He was very educated on knowing how Rolex Watch works. He did suggest to have it serviced as it should be done 5 years. So I will take his advice bring my watch back to get service. Steven also cleaned all my diamonds which is greatly appreciated. He was fabulous

I came to Jared to purchase a cross for my Granddaughter’s 18th birthday. I was greeted immediately and the gentleman who helped me guided me to purchase the cross I wanted and price I wanted. He advised me re: the guarantee for life which I also purchased. As I was purchasing, another clerk came to me and asked if she could wrap the present. I am so sorry but I can’t remember either of their names but they both were very friendly. It proves that when you go to a reputable store, you get the service you deserve. Thank you! Gilbert and Eric are helpful and very knowledgable. They were able to help me with all my jewelry needs and got all my items serviced and inspected in a timely matter. Gilbert always checked in on me to make sure I was comfortable and walked me through every process. Great service!

Steven was very helpful and pleasant when I came into the store to drop off my wedding band and ring for a cleaning. This cleaning was long overdue and he assured me that it would look brand new when I returned. Two days later I picked it up and Steven was right! I hadn’t seen my ring this sparkly in forever.
