In praise of pharmacist Bryan-- Ok so I am a physician (i do not tell them that when I use this pharmacy) as well as a customer of this cvs pharmacy . I know the medical system is a mess- and just want to say we should not take it out on the pharmcay employees who have to navigate a complex system that is always changing rules. I had what was supposed to be a simple issue-- convert a mail order script to local pick up. Bryan spent literally 28 minutes dealing with the same cvs care mark phone trees and hard to understand reps that we do trying to resolve this. All the while his technicians were bringing him other issues to handle. I felt bad for him since I saw the customer before me had an authorization issue he was trying to resolve with that person's drug plan also spending a long time on the phone. And he had to turn away someone whose drug plan would not allow a "vacation refill" for a restricted item. The problems are not the fault of the cvs staff and Bryan kept his cool, and was professional and caring and wanted to make sure we got our meds. The pharmacy benefit managers and drug plans make this man's job very difficult.

Best cvs pharmacy i’ve been to! Very polite staff and they are always eager to help. Good inventory too.

Associates are always friendly and the pharmacy staff are phenomenal. My go to for all prescriptions and over the counter products!

Lex, the young man at the front checkout, is extremely helpful and polite. He has helped me numerous times find items I've had a hard time locating. I returned an item once and he wasn't put off, unlike so may others would be. CVS Wilson Manors has a gem in Lex.

I walked into the pharmacy with my Two prescriptions. Manager Pharmacy Bryan told me that they will start to work with my prescriptions ASAP. In less than an hour, I was called by pharmacy technician Dai ( it was an Asian guy. I just don’t recall his name well). Both were really polite, and expedited my prescriptions. I was in a lot of pain due to I have a mollar fracture. Thank you guys for mark the difference. Not only to you, but to all of your team. While I was setting down in there, I noticed that ALL of you work really hard.

I always come to this CVS to pick up my prescriptions and to buy other store items. The staff is very friendly and ask if you need help and the pharmacy people is very nice and helpful. They go the extra mile to explain prescriptions and to see where you can get a discount. I love it here.

Went for a drive through CoVID self-test at the pharmacy lane. Test was very simple and I got my results in less than 48 hours. Pharmacy staff were very patient and helpful. Will definitely use them again for CoVID testing if the need arises. Be aware that it is a SELF test, you have to swab yourself but simple instructions are sent via email and text message in advance of your appointment and the staff will walk your through it once you arrive.

Nice pharmacy staff. Good rewards program. Easy order online pickup in store.Great location for buying online and pickup in-store. Friendly and helpful staff. It is very conveniently located. Plenty of parking. Makes it easy to swing by quickly to pick up a few items. Pharmacy is great. Prescriptions are ready relatively quickly.

omg this girl deandra omg she went too far to help me with the hospot of her personal celphone for me to do the transaccion at my celphone who was low of data🙏🙏🙏she was soooo nice and patient, let me tell u boss this girl is something else, im sooo happy she is in the closer cvs i got

I had a very nice experience shopping at CVS at 5 points today.

Adam at the pharmacy answered my call and was friendly, polite and patient not like other CVS pharmacist. I will be transferring my prescriptions here

This a shout out to Latoya at this CVS. Excellent customer service. I called 3 CVS's in the area asking about sheet protectors. The first one answered by the manager actually told me to go to the store to check for myself. The 2nd one said they don't have it. In this CVS Latoya took the time to check. She came back and said they have it. 10 for $2.50. ok I said I'll stop by. Later I swing by. Went to the counter and ask where in the store they were. Latoya had it ready for me. I was blown away. I had a definite need for the item and really appreciated the service. I was anxious to get back to my car bc parking is hard to find at this CVS location so her making it available really helped. Thank you Latoya!!

Great friendly staff. Jazmer Shimone and Melissa are always friendly my cvs on 26th street has the friendliest staff even at 2am thanks Melissa , Shimone and Jazmer

Always nice to come on here. The staff is always responsive when you need to ask a question and will help you out to the best of their ability. The pharmacy staff seems to always be on point. I have never had any issues when I'm this location!

Open 24 hours which is nice. But their stock of a lot of items is limited. A of things never on the shelves.
