AT&T Store

Let me start by saying this is the best experience I have ever received at an AT&T store! The store rep Roy and the store manager Mario were amazing they explained to me all the promotions that were available for me and explained the differences between the products I was debating to get. They were also super super nice! Definitely recommend the store!

Jonathan was incredible! My mom and I went to upgrade our phones, and he helped us not only with the phone upgrade, but with upgrading our plan as well!! He explained everything very clearly and we left very happy! If we ever need anything, we will be going to him!

Outstanding customer service. I came in 10 min before the store was closed For the night. Both staff members Gio and Maykel stopped what they where doing and helped me with my new phone. The new phone came with the wrong SIM card and I need to have a FirstNet SIM card instead of the one it came with. They both where able to resolve the problem and get my phone activated. They stayed past the closing time and both were nothing but professional, did not complain, or treat me bad for making them stay. I will definitely recommend this AT&T store.

Excellent service. My wife, my family, and I are in the same plan. My wife and I live in a different state. My family moved from our old plan from T-Mobile to AT&T in this store, and they helped us out remotely. They were more helpful and competent than the people in my local store. Highly recommend this place!

I had an amazing experience today with Maykel at the ATT store LeJeune in Miami. I lost my phone before departing Virginia this morning and drove directly to this location when I arrived in Miami. Needless (and sad) to say, I was quite lost without my phone and needed a replacement immediately. Maykel was so patient and gave me all of the options available to me. Not only was he well informed and attentive, but he has that rare ability to help multiple clients at the same time without anyone feeling neglected. He also transferred all of my data from the phone I lost via the Cloud without saying I should just go home and do it myself. This was a huge help and rarely happens at any of the other stores I have visited in the past. Job well done! Thanks Maykel.

Excellent customer service by both the store manager and the store rep, Adriana was very helpful and took her time to explain too me the fine details with my plan and the new phone I got. Will be coming back to get a new phone for my mom when I will transfer her over from Tmobile.
