My husband became very sick and very unexpectedly we was blindsided with in a month he had to quit working and start dialysis and all state benefits worked very fast to help me with my claim it was easy and they approved me fast I would suggest this company to anyone and everyone especially if you want to prepare for the worst you never know what could happen. I never in a million words would think at 34 we would have our world turn upside. It give you a peace of mind knowing your protected. Thank you so much all state you all saved us

Great way to get paid after an accident. It's like aflac but better.

The insurance is great but the app is hard to use and confusing.

Not a good experience

It's impossible to receive any sort of communications from a real person. If you file a claim, you will receive a generic letter in the mail stating you are denied without any sort of explanation. Finally after sending many messages and begging for a person to contact me, I magically received an email that my benefits did not cover the accident claim that I had filed. It's not that difficult to explain a denial letter or call a client that is paying you to do your job!

When it came to me cancelling my benefits I (once again) struggled to even speak to someone. I asked in an email for all of my policies to be cancelled. I tried to communicate multiple times. Never received confirmation that anything was cancelled, yet when I log into my account everything was cancelled successfully.

Another thing, when you're filing a claim online you need to allow clients more time to fill out the claim before kicking them out and having to start over! Please add a "save and finish later" option. I have a very complex case with multiple medical records. Every time I tried to upload everything I would get kicked out and have to start over for taking too long.

This is trash supplemental insurance coverage. It does not pay what it clearly states that it covers in the provided terms of claims. It continually denies covers expenses like mileage for out of town physician visits, physical therapy and surgical expenses. Do yourself a favor and do not pay for this insurance.

STAY AWAY, they tell you one thing, then they tell you something else, Then they apologize for telling you over and over again the wrong thing. I have been waiting to get MY money for over a month and every time I talk to someone they tell me another excuse... I am so sorry I went with Allstate Benefits.
