WhiteSands Alcohol & Drug Rehab Tampa

WhiteSands is the best Rehabilitation program I have been to (I have been to many throughout the course of my addiction) and hopefully my last. The BHT team, namely Maria, my Therapist Nicole and my Case Manager Sarah were instrumental in helping guide my way through not only the program, but aftercare as well. I must say that overall I had a wonderful experience while I was here. Unfortunately, I’ve chosen and been recommended to go to Hyde Park, which will be better suited for my needs. I have many medical issues which are difficult to address here I was extremely disappointed that the person I spoke with before I came Told me that they still had the maintenance program which I need for my health issues and pain. It worked perfectly the last time I was here when I got here I was told the maintenance program was only for 11 days! Obviously, I was extremely disappointed and felt deceived. However, the staff here was, and is incredible! The nursing staff was so helpful as I was not an easy patient I can’t say enough about Sarah, who was always so kind and helpful and never made me feel like I was a problem. I Amanda was the best case manager I have ever had. She also was so kind and helpful. If I asked for anything, she not only got the job done immediately but she kept me abreast of everything and eased my anxiety. She deserves a raise! Also, my therapist, Jayne was the best therapist I have ever had. I wish I could take her with me to Hyde Park! The facilitators were brilliant and I will never forget what I learned from them. Each with their own style, I will take home some thing from each of them, Especially Margaret, Daniel, and Bill.. All the BHT‘s were wonderful and helpful especially Keith! He went above and beyond for me every time he was here! All of them were just a joy! I thank everyone for all their care and keep them in my heart always! I look forward to Hyde Park and hope I have the same luck with the staff there. Thank you all for making my stay the best that it could be you will not be forgotten.❤🩷💜🩵💛💙🧡 thank you all!

I am eternally greatful for the program that Whitesands has allowed me to be apart of.
Not only are the BHT's amazing and dealt with me on a person to person level. Both of the BHT supervisors Christina and Tony would take the time to truly get to know me on a personal level. Every single BHT there were absolutely amazing from Teesha to Shannon to everyone else. Even my therapist who who took the time amd showed she really cares about my recovery and got down to the root of alot that I was and still am going thru in this journey. Even my case manager made sure that my transition In to the next step of my journey was to go smoothly. Thank you all for every thing you have done for me and helped me with, as I have gone thru such a transformation into a life worth living. Thank you. I would recommend whitesands to anyone who is truly ready to give up the addiction and begin living a sober and healthy life.

White sands helped me in so many ways. Working through my own mental health and also the power of addiction. How to overcome the addiction. My case manager Zach made the process so simple from entry to me heading home. Couldn’t give him and the whole staff enough love. Thanks everyone.

White Sands is a phenomenal Rehabilitation Center from the top to the bottom! The Case Managers, The Therapists, The BHT’s are very positive & uplifting! They provide you with the tools to better yourself! The food is great & nutritional so you definitely will replenish your body! High recommend this for ANYONE who is seeking to better themselves from the use of drugs & alcohol!

If you are looking for help with addiction, this is your place! White Sands has an amazing program with wonderful staff who genuinely care about each and every patient every step of the way. They will help set you up with aftercare too and have many IOP and Sober Living locations available with continuous support after completing treatment. Highly recommend!

White sands was a great experience for a rehab, the food was good and there were alternative options if you didn’t like what was being served. My case manager Amanda was nothing but helpful and kind! Recommended the 30 day program if you need help getting sober

Really enjoyed the stay. Love the BHT staff, my counselor Amanda and Jayne my therapist. The BHT staff is welcoming and friendly. I learned a lot from my classes. I feel at home and very comfortable here. Rooms are nice the food is good. Definitely recommend enrolling here. A+

I just completed my program at the Tampa location, and my personal staff team were incredibly helpful and considerate. Amanda, my case manager went above and beyond to meet my after care needs and made me feel important. I was really lucky with the overall experience.

I’ve spent the last 30 days in white sands rehab and i love it so much here, staff is amazing and lots of activities, I will be going to Hyde park in Tampa when I leave here I’ve heard lots of great things about it and im excited to go there !!

Hyde Park is an awesome PHP. You are right by the water. You have an opportunity to fish and go to outside 12 step meetings. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this PHP

I have nothing negative to say about White Sands Tampa. Zac really helped me out and Kathy went above and beyond when I was there. I’m fact the whole staff goes out of their way to make sure everything is in order to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I even went to Hyde Park for their PHP and it really helped me with the beginning of my sobriety. Hyde park was great.

I had the most amazing experience in my life. I had therapist and case manager that helped me work on my trauma therapy and gave me to tools to stay Sober when I leave. The facility was very nice and clean. We did a lot of activities and went to meetings. I had an amazing experience.

Hyde Park is a great PHP program, and I've been to many other programs. One of the best experiences I've had. Great therapists and staff. They take you to crunch fitness to workout. They also buy you lunch everyday. From Chipolte, Chinese, dominos, Publix, Chickfila and much more. They also take you to Walmart for grocery shopping. I would highly recommend this program for anyone trying to get back on the road to recovery.

White Sands Tampa has all the things you should look for: 1. well-staffed and available nurses and doctors; 2. Excellent facilitators; 3. Techs and therapists who truly care and are eager to help. If you were having a bad day or a problem, there was always a smiling tech willing to talk or help, especially Danny. My therapist Jayne was phenomenal. She spent so much extra time with her clients. The facility itself is old and rooms can be crowded. They have a lot of patients. Food is great.

I would absolutely recommend 10/10 this rehabilitation center to everyone that needs help. This facility became my family. Amazing food, rooms, activities and group/classes. They have professional therapists and counselors and behavioral health technicians on site 24/7. Volleyball & basketball court as well as a full size gym. They also have boxing and a separate gym on site.

They will provide transportation to doctor appts and anything that is necessary. I am happy to have completed this program but I will truly miss the family I created while staying here. 10/0 recommend.
