7 day cruise to Bahamas, Grand Cayman, Jamaica and Haiti. This vacation was everything!! The ship is clean, the food is good, they wait on you hand and foot to ensure your experience is exceptional. Shops, food, entertainment, kids activities, everything!! This was my very first cruise and u could barely tell the ship was moving. My room attendant Jason was attentive and prompt, very thorough.

I am going to congratulate Royal Caribbean for bringing ICON OF THE SEAS , such a magnificent ship to Miami. the largest in the world, and the entire crew was so beautiful wearing pink shirts like the color of Miami. The music when they arrived woke me up incredible. thank you Icon of the Seas for being in Miami. The welcome was also given by land and air

I recently embarked on a 5-day, 6-night cruise aboard Royal Caribbean's Freedom of the Seas, and I must say it was truly an unforgettable experience! From the moment I stepped onboard, the friendly and attentive staff made me feel like royalty. The ship itself was magnificent, with spacious and well-appointed cabins that provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The onboard amenities were exceptional, from the variety of dining options that catered to every palate, to the Broadway-style shows that left me in awe.
One of the highlights of this cruise was the stop at CocoCay. The pristine white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and thrilling water activities made it a true paradise.
While Nassau Island didn't quite live up to the excitement of CocoCay, it still had its charms. The historical sites, such as the Queen's Staircase and the vibrant local markets, offered glimpses of the island's rich culture and heritage. However, I do agree that it lacked the same level of excitement and adventure as CocoCay.
Overall, my experience on the Freedom of the Seas was nothing short of exceptional. The attentive staff, stunning ship, and unforgettable stop at CocoCay made this cruise one for the books. I highly recommend Royal Caribbean and this particular itinerary to anyone looking for a truly remarkable vacation at sea.

Strongly recommend every hard working person take a break and go for a cruise with the Royal Caribbean. The services there is amazing. Ranging from the restaurant (food) to the shows and activities on the ship is indescribable. The employees are very friendly and helpful with a smiling face.

The locations are beautiful and lots to see and experience. Definitely going for another cruise with this company!

The facility is great, and it’s a city on its own. And your safety is guaranteed and your belongings are safe!

Clean, friendly, fun and good times. GR8 water slides too. A bit surprised at how good the Aqua show was and other loved CATS.

Just returned from a 8 day Thanksgiving cruise to Nassau, Grand Cayman, Falmouth and Labadee on the Independence of the sea...it was amazing...One of the Restaurant manager Ryan as well as our waiters Stephen and Josephine were totally AMAZING...our Cabin Steward Alex was very accommodating

Just thought I'd leave my review about our Anniversary cruise on board the symphony October 30th-November 6th. We literally had time of our lives and met incredible people we now call friends. Our only complaint is that WE DONT HAVE ONE...The cleanliness is impeccable.. the food is to die for and SINCE being home can not find anything comparable.A huge Shout out to Ni and Rosemarie in the main dinning room. Hitesh the server on pool deck and raj who cleans pool deck in smoking area,those four people metntioned deserve the spot light for help making this cruise a very memorable one. Also let's not forget to mention royals new port in miami is beautiful.. thank you royal for an amazing time see y'all in 2023

Loved my cruise, the Royal promenade was a woman with all the shops, the rooms were very nice if a bit small, the former dinning room was gorgeous and the less formal windjammer was still great, I was on Navigator of the Seas and loved it all the shows and pool side movies were amazing, when eating at windjammer if you are on Navigator say hello to Mr. Washy Washy by far the most enthusiastic person I have ever met the same goes for the dining room staff, our waitress and waiter were so good at their job that I genuinely miss them now that cruise is over, the rooms and pool were nice and so were all the shops, bars, and restaurants, café promenade was a routine hangout place for me and it helps that the food is all you can eat! If you want to book another cruise you can do so on the ship at NextCruise, as well as check the ships own news station for updates! Overall I loved it! I met some great people who I will never forget and I am very excited for my next cruise in October with Royal Caribbean!

My wife and I absolutely love this cruise line we have been going every year for the past three years and our next one is coming up in March! Every ship we have been on so far has been amazing. The service is superb I highly recommend getting the drink packages. So far we have been on enchantment, harmony, and empress. They were all great ships but harmony took the cake on this one. I believe we took an eight night cruise and still did not see the whole ship. Very excited to see the next one!

I think the Royal Caribbean cruise line is by far the best out there. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent. And coco cay is amazing!

My wife and I went in the navigator of the seas. I've been lucky enough to go on a few cruises, but it was my wife's first. It was amazing. The service was impeccable. The food was great and the destinations were awesome.

Great 5 day 4 night cruise to Bahamas for Thanksgiving out of Miami. Excellent onboard service. However curb side services boarding and returning was awful. I ended up handling my own bags because the people trying to handle other people luggage while holding my bags, for whatever reasons. I had to take my bags instead of letting them hold my bags and running off to help other people. They didn't think about I tip too!!!! I will never use them at the Port of Miami again!!! It was an insult that Royal Caribbean Cruiseline allow such awful service at their docks. In Nassau stick to authorized tours ONLY!!!! CoCo Bay was fun too. Onboard, in the dining room, Elvis was the best server for dinner I have had at any venue. His services were on par with the finest restaurants across the world!!! I give this cruise my highest recommendation for anyone. People friendly cruise.

This cruiseline has always been accomodating and easy to work with. We have been on many and will continue to repeat business. The genie system is a great perk for large families as well.

The NEW Royal Caribbean terminal is amazing. Porters were at the elevators to take our bags. The staff was very helpful and check in was quick. The view of the port of Miami was beautiful both leaving and coming back!

Excellent customer service and amazing activity planning. You will always have something to do while you are there.
Also, the app is beautifully designed and very useful to keep updated with everything that's going on. Definitely recommend it.
The trip to Cozumel and Costa Maya was amazing and being able to see Chitchen Itza and other Mayan ruins during the stops was worth the trip by itself.

Great time overall with friends and family. 🥰Wish they offered more activities more than once and weren't scheduled when we were off the ship. And plz give us more time at Coco Cay, due to the long lines with other ships we did not get to experience the island like we wanted.
