I started seeing stains on my bedroom ceiling in my townhome, so I called this company to take a look at the roof and give me an estimate for repairs. Expecting the worse, I was very surprised when Bob Alex called me to let me know there was a small hole where the water was leaking into and it was an easy fix! He was able to take care of it same day. Very honest and friendly. He could have easily told me I was going to have to do some major repair and replacement and I wouldn’t know any difference. I will definitely be giving him a call should I need any future repairs to my roof!!

Working with Crown Roofing to repair my roof after Hurricane Irma damage was an extremely positive experience. They responded to my call, kept their appointments and their staff was very professional and respectful. Our roof was installed 6 years ago by a well respected Naples family owned roofing company. Unfortunately they were impossible to work with after Irma, although initially my first choice was to work with them. They did not take calls and when they finally did come out and submitted their estimate they were not available to answer any questions. If I need another roofer it will be Crown, and I will recommend them to everyone. They are the best!

We called Crown immediately after buying our home three years ago, to repair an existing leak. They were punctual, professional, with top notch customer service. And then after Irma we had extensive damage. They worked hard to work us into schedules, took care of us quickly, and were more than fair. Everyone we worked with was conscientious, and professional. They returned when they said they would, they called when they said they would, and they honored their word. Old fashioned customer service you just don't find anymore.

I called on Monday and the crew arrived on Wednesday to repair our roof. They wasted no time getting to work and completed the job that day. Thoroughly professional, courteous and very hard working. I couldn’t be more pleased with Crown Roofing — from the very first call to Brittney to finishing the repair Crown exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

I'm surprised at some of the reviews because we couldn't be happier. Bill, our contact, has always been available and very responsive. They even found a problem with a certain type of roof. They, at their expense, are fixing all the roofs before the new goes on. Our neighbor had 3 companies that couldn't fix the problem but Crown did!

If you need your roof fixed please come to Crown Roofing. The people at the Fort Myers location esp are amazing. The customer service is totally on point and the owner of the establishment is so funny, laid back and knows exactly what he is doing in this businees. Tara Kwiatkowski is absolutely amazing to work with . I literally got an estimate to repair a roof for one of my clients within two hours of calling . She followed up with me and made sure all the paperwork got signed. She answered the phone or returned my call quickly every time . Quick reply on requested service/estimate. Estimator, on time and very personable, identified the leak and repairs needed. Two repairmen arrived on time a couple days later, courteous, explained what they saw and what they did. They cleaned up everything before they left. Absolutely no complaints. Very professional group all the way thru the process.

Following Irma, anyone in the construction business, particularly roofing... it was like a 911 office after an earthquake. Who else do you call when the water is pouring in? As an independent consultant, I got to see some of Crowns operations from the inside as they streamlined, grew, adapted, addressed problems, and made things right. I would go so far as to call them a Phenomenon when it comes to getting roofs on. You should see them in action by putting them on your roof.
