Loved the service! I had a pillow stitched and on the day I dropped it off, the person was super friendly and professional. It didnt take a long time to fix. When I picked it up, she called me by my last name, as if I were a frequent customer. Great job!

They are trying to modernize their services by introducing self service lockers, closed drive-thru and eliminated the customer service person. I only still go there because of the excellent services I get from Abby

Turn-around times getting out of hand.

I have been coming here for a while. The customer service is good and the prices are reasonable. But, I'm going to have to find another cleaner near me with better turn-around times.

My most recent examples are... 👎🏿

3 WEEKS - A hem on a simple bridesmaid's dress (see picture attached)

4 DAYS - 1 pair of Men's dress slacks

8 DAYS - 1 Sequin Jumpsuit

Try a more professional approach to the issue than responding to Google Reviews with 'EXCUSES' for missing the mark...like giving the impression that the items being dropped off must be deeply soiled or that it is quite normal to take more than 48 hours to dry clean 1, VIRTUALLY CLEAN, pair of dress slacks with NOTHING MORE than 1 wear.

They couldn't do what I wanted done.

I brought a comforter to be dry cleaned and was told it should be done in 6 days the date was in the bottom of the receipt. I paid in advance. I returned 7 days later it wasn’t done. At this time I had another comforter to drop off l. The ticket said 6 days. I came back 7 days later and neither comforter was done. Smh the then two days after this i received a text pick up the comforters. No discount or anything. On the bright side i got both comforters back.

They gave to send the clothes somewhere else and takes a long time to come back.
