The customer service they provided me with was amazing. They picked my dog Foxy up from my home on a holiday when everyone else was closed. It was horrible to let her go but I know she was in great hands. Thank you guys so much for everything you did ❤

I lost my cat Ox this morning and this company was recommended by another company. I called and spoke to Heather and she was very helpful on going over all the details gave me a price which included the driver coming out this evening and picking him up. The price she gave was $190 and that included a urn ⚱ with your pets ashes. I added a couple things for him but the prices are very very reasonable. Thank you so much for the help.

Compassionate staff. Quick response and easy going thu the process specially in a moment like loosing your loved friend. I took my cat to Palmetto location. No rush when we got there. I was given space an time to say goodbye again to my best friend Tino. I Pick him up last week, paw print, his fur and ashes. His back home😻. I recommend Honor Thy Pet Cremation.

I lost my almost 15yr old Bobo last week. I used them
for his cremation and highly recommend this place. Very compassionate and can tell they really care. Getting his ashes, paw print and some other things when I picked his cremains up really made it easier for me. Pets are just animals, they are part of the family. For my Bobo, at almost 15yrs old, it was the least I could do. Thankful these guys were here.

I would recommend HONOR THY PET. To everyone our Husky Zeus had ran away we found him , but it was to late, at the time it was about 6:30 pm and all other places where closed in manatee county, I called Honor Thy Pet, spoke with Susie and she was very sympathetic , she offered her condolences and explain the process, within an hour and half Sasha came to pick up our Zeus, again Sasha was very sympathetic, and explain again the whole process, about four days later I received a call from Melanie letting me know that Zeus had been cremated, and to offer me a choice of urns, also to arrange the delivery of the cremains, they gave me time frame and where there within that time frame, Ozzie delivered the cremains with a nice note. Thank you all at HONOR THY PET for your help and support in our time of need.

Professional and friendly service in a time of need. Obviously these folks deal with people that are not in the best of shape. They do so with professionalism and kindness. Their willingness to work at odd times makes a difficult time less traumatic.

So very caring and sensitive.

We have all of our pets here, but the bromeliads around the butterfly garden make the mosquitoes SOO BAD we hardly can stand to go visit them. No matter how much bug spray, those bromeliads are just wretched breeding grounds for mosquitoes. The individual plots nearby don't have the same issue. Other than that, we appreciate the services given to us for reasonable and local options for our pets to be cremated and kept close.
