Cauble Park

Cable Park has beautiful views of the lake from every angle. There two playground areas to keep the kiddies entertained. There are picnic tables with built-in grills along side of the tables. A beautiful gazebo with lakefront views. Boat docks are available. A sandy beach for relaxing and soaking up some sun. Restrooms are on the premises.

We just needed a place to sit and talk and this was perfect. Found a nice picnic table in the shade near the lake and enjoyed the view of the golf course across the lake. Parking is adequate and free... until summer, that is.

We actually rented one of their pavilions on the water. It was very beautiful the family took a bunch of pictures and we cooked out hamburgers and hot dogs. They had plenty of tables set up for us. It was very inviting and beautiful. My only complaint is the grill was small for 20 burgers I had to cook. 😂 But I managed it and 20 hotdogs. I'd just recommend maybe a second grill. The atmosphere was beautiful so it was worth it.

Sorry for anyone that saw my autistic 22 year old son expose his manlihood last week after complete misunderstanding on my part when he said 'pee pee potty' . That statement was lost over this mons head when she neglected to grab his dry clothes bag when trying to escort him. He didnt quite understand the hororr on my face or the words I had said ...like 'keep your clothes on PUHLEEZ...I have to go get your dry clothes ' While he is pulling off his pants at the DOORWAY of the mens unit!! Would really like a second chance as he looooves this beach and play ground. He's non verbal and a great happy boy. He loves hanging out with neurotypical and neurodivergents in the same environment, of all ages and races. Would love to meet up with beachgoers of like minded folks like us, just trying to enjoy this life no matter what our obstacles. His sister came to this beach when she was in the DEP program with three years of ROTC experience, of which she will be coming home in 34 days and counting! Please pray for us in our obstacles that our light will shine brighter than the sun on those beautiful beach days!

Very well kept park, A Hidden gem! Beach area for those who want the sand and water, Then you have a very large grass with trees on the perimeter, allowing you to play, run, rest, just enjoying the outdoors, as well have little get togethers, with grills. . Nice sidewalk for you to traverse the park. Small dock area to fish from, along with a small boat ramp. No matter what you have planned, I'm sure you will find this a nice place to enjoy the day. They also have very clean bathroom facilities.

We enjoy this park. It's a beautiful place to be on any given day. Nice areas to have a picnic or BBQ. Convenient location in downtown Acworth. The beach is easily accessible. Nice trails walking into the trees that can lead down to the water to fish. Nice playground area for the kids to play in your sight.

I visited here before the summer season. It gets super busy. But when we visited it was busy, but not crowded. The beach is nice, and I found the paved walking trail. There is a boat ramp, so I will bring my paddle board back next time. Dogs are allowed on leashes.

This park is very special to me and my family. I had my daughter's first birthday here, got engaged here and married here on the gazebo. It's just the perfect place to spend time with your family. Huge playground, a beach, gazebos and tons of pavilions to picnic at.

Such a beautiful park and lake. I personally liked the grass area more because I hate having to deal with sand but the sand looked very clean. The whole place in general and Bathrooms were all very clean. We did have an issue where we brought our own grill and someone had to tell us we could only use the ones they have provided for everyone so that was a little embarrassing on our part. They were super nice about it thankfully 😊 I guess we were to excited to get there we didn’t see all the signs 😂 It is pet friendly. My yorkie had a blast today. She is definitely going to sleep good tonight ! 10/10 recommend.

Always love having lunch at the local restaurants and then taking a nice walk down by the lake.

This is an awesome park for walking, exercise, fishing, boating, picnics, parties, child and dog friendly. It's a do it all park. Summer and Spring rates to enter the park are a bit pricey $10 per car no matter how long you are there for. This puts a damper on photographers going for sunset photos. Most expensive park around. Acworth residents do get a price break.

Beautiful day beautiful view.. The price has gone up to $15.00 but is so worth it, quiet and peaceful.

We spent a half day at Cauble Park and everything was great. There were a lot of families/people out enjoying the water, having picnics, and hanging out. There is ​Paddle Board and Kayak rental etc. The playground was clean and the restrooms were open. They do not allow alcohol. 😉

Beautiful lake to put your kayak in and do a sunset paddle. Water was calm and clean. Not crowded at all. Would highly recommend.

The best beach experience in Acworth.

Cauble Park was just as beautiful as it was in 2002 when I lived in Acworth. The park and beach were beautiful and clean. I rented the gazebo for a day. Excellent experience, thank you very much!!

This park is a hidden gem and is now one of my favorite places to visit. The beach is what really makes this place. I can't wait to bring the kids out here to play. There are also areas to grill and a huge playground with many things to keep the kids occupied. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We don't go to this park too often, but it's always clean and the view of the lake is a nice perk. Small beach area to swim.

One of the few 5 stars I've ever given...... just cause frankly i rarely believe five star ratings but this place has a special place in my heart. Awesome little playground, great people and kids running about, gorgeous sunsets and all around excellent little escape for everyone (families, solo, couples etc)
