T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I just switched to T-Mobile recently and this young lady helped me out. I think her name was Xiamara. She was so patient with me and my son. One of the best representatives I’ve ever encountered. Would recommend to anyone! Thank you T-Mobile.

Luke and Xixi were great.! I transferred from Verizon so everything was taking a little longer than expected but they were very patient and made sure I was in good hands.! Time flew by because of how much they interacted with me. 10/10 will definitely recommend this T-Mobile to anyone. Will be coming to this store only for now on.

Rachael, store manager, CC, and Donny were consummately courteous, knowledgeable, and professional from the moment we walked in the door to setting up our T Mobile accounts and new I Phone 14s before we left. Each of them were patient, listened well, and were dynamic ambassadors of T-Mobile's customer relations policies and procedures. My wife and I were amazed how efficiently and diplomatically Donny, CC and Rachael conducted themselves. Their undivided attention to our ignorance about how to work with new cell phone technology was unequivocally magnanimous. The Staff at this T-Mobile site are very good at taking care of the customers needs and going OVER AND BEYOND making the customers leave with a good feeling and smiles on their faces.

I went to a few stores looking for a new phone. Was treated with horrible sales reps everywhere. Until I went to this t-mobile, hands down best costumer service reps out of any cellphone store in our area. Straight forward, happy to help attitude, helped make sure all our data got transferred. It was fun buying a phone from them. If you need a new phone, this is where you should go.

Steven and Luke are rockstar employees and amazing human beings. They helped my whole family upgrade our phones. They were straight forward, knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful. They made the process painless, answered all of our questions, and provided service with a smile. I've been with tmobile my whole life and this was my best in-person experience ever. Will only deal with this location moving forward. You should too!

I had two technicians help me by answering a couple of questions about T-Mobile Internet.
They sent me on my way with a T-Mobile gateway and instructions on how important it was to try many different places in my home.
I actually spent the better part of a week but I now have a cell signal which is as good and sometimes better than the fiberoptic I currently have.
I am amazed at today's technology and being able to talk to employees who understand what they're selling.
Jerrell and I think it was Carl. (I'm horrible with names.) People like that make coming back a pleasure.

I recently needed to change my plan and went to this store. Hector took excellent care of me, he was extremely patient, professional and courteous. He spent nearly 2 hours working with me and made sure to follow up with me afterwards. He went out of his way to address my concerns and he bent over backwards to make sure I was able to take advantage of an ongoing company promotion, thus in turn saving me a considerable amount of money. I have gone to other T-Mobile stores and have always had a positive result, but the quality of attention to detail at this particular store goes beyond the standard customer experience. I highly recommend it, and will continue to only go to this store..

Deon was perfect he got me in and out in less than an hour. Also I love my new phone!!

Luke had great customer service, took time and assisted to make our upgrade pleasurable. Had visited two other T-Mobile locations to upgrade and would not return.

The employees at this store are outstanding!! I was having the hardest time upgrading my phone and had to go to the store three days in a row. Everyday the employees treated me with respect and did everything they could do to help! I would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs a new phone or service. I am one happy customer and truly appreciated their patience and kindness, you guys are seriously awesome!! :)

Stephen & Daniel were terrific helping me make the switch to T-Mobile. They were friendly, extremely competent, and quick.
My experience could not have been easier.

Visited to get my phone set up with a family plan. Was a Sprint costumer so was migrating to T-Mobile. Associate Devon took care of this from start to finish to make sure everything was moved from my old phone to the new one. Amazing patience.

Luke and Rachel were so amazing and helped us set up service. We had so much fun and laughed the whole time.

Stephen, Marcos, and Leon are unbelievable. They put together a plan for two lines, provided a Samsung tablet for free, SIM cards for our phones and the tablet. We watched 4 other customers come in during the process for us and they dealt with them all professionally. They are Pros. They need to have their salaries doubled. And ask Marcos about the Panama Canal and Crocodiles. Excellent experience.

I just left from here and Marcella and David are so much help. My son passed away 7months ago and he had a T-Mobile account and I didn’t know what were the steps and process of trying to cancel the line but they’ve convinced me to switch over thank you both for the comfort and positive things you both have lifted up my spirits thank you both so much I’ll see you both next week!!!!
