Great service. Always have the patient care as their number one priority. Also, very personable as compared to your traditional corporate pharmacies. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Furthermore, they have FREE delivery, which was extremely convenient as I did not want to put my extremely sick child in a car to go pick up some meds. Overall, AMAZING experience!

I am so glad I switched to this pharmacy. I did a search with my insurance company and this pharmacy was close and had a great price for one of my medications. I now get all of my medications here. I cannot express enough how nice it is to not wait in line for 20+ minutes to pick up my prescriptions AND I have save almost $30 a month by making this switch. They have an app too, I can refill my medications, check on dates and they send me a text message on my phone when they are ready for pick up. They keep my payment method stored in their system, I go in, I pick up my meds, they cash me out and answer my questions. They also have a decent sized over the counter product selection as well. When the grocery store and walgreens didn’t have distilled water, I was able to pop in and grab a gallon for my dads cpap machine. If you have the time, do stop by and have them price your medications. All the benefits of seeing the same pharmacist and techs every time that know you and your meds, rarely a wait, and they saved me money. I’d give six stars if I could.

Recently moved to the area around 8 months ago. Spent quite a bit of time hopping from one pharmacy to another trying to find the best prices on a very expensive medication I take. It was starting to feel hopeless as I was going to pay over 500$ per month with any big brand pharmacy and be stuck taking the form of my medication I like the absolute least. Not only did this pharmacy cut the cost of my medication in half of what I originally paid, they are providing me with far better medication than I have ever had.
They really care about their customers and it shows. I am always reminded to take my flu shots despite ignoring and paying the price. They are always aware of what my insurance covers and which could be beneficial to my situation. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to go beyond to make sure their customers get what they need. I have even been stuck at work where I couldn't get off until after closing hours and they stayed open just to ensure I was taken care of. In todays world this is such a rarity and often goes overlooked and underappreciated. Manatee Discount pharmacy truly is a service to their community and I hope they are here to stay. Great Pharmacy! I visited today for the first time and had a great experience as a customer. I dealt with Aqsa and Lidia who were both polite, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Best pharmacy in town! Best prices on medications in town! Fast, friendly and always professional everytime I call and visit. Have not had one problem with anyone working here. They are always helpful and willing to work out a solution if a problem occurs. I recommend everyone I know to this pharmacy and if you haven’t switched yet, I would do so now!!!

I'm a new patient and I must say, top marks in customer service and patient care! They went above and beyond the norm and got me half of my prescription for free thanks to some manufacturers coupons! They accept most major insurances (I'm humana) as well as asking ME what I wanted, to try and get me the cheapest price! Job well done guys, please keep up the fantastic work! Highly recommended**

Reminiscent of our hometown Bradenton this pharmacy is small but big. Tucked away in a quaint strip of stores adjacent to Blake hospital making it convenient to locate and park without a lot of traffic. The pharmacy offers staple items for purchase similar to an old school General Store. The pharmacist and his staff paid me personalized attention and went above and beyond to assist me with transferring my family’s prescriptions and finding me discounts. They take my insurance unlike the majority of local pharmacies. You definitely do not receive this customer service at the conglomerate competitor stores. Did I mention they deliver!?!!!

I went in with my mom and dad cause I was sure they were going to need help with translation but the staff was amazing with helping them as they did speak Spanish. We were able to transfer all the medication hassle free and on top of that the owner helped my dad with getting a glucose test meter and by far the cheapest test strips around! There was one medication that wasn't in stock but he told us it will be there the next day and sure enough the staff called early morning to let us know it was ready for pick up. By far the best pharmacy I've been to. Thanks guys!

The pharmacist was so helpful in filling an eye drop prescription for me. CVS was charging over $300 for a medication Manatee Discount Pharmacy was able to fill for $50. My total for the 3 medications would have been $500 at CVS; I paid $120 at this great find of a pharmacy.

Haven been referred by a friend I hardly knew I was a little cautious going here for the first time. After my visit, which was very quick and being I was new patient was good enough itself, I was completely blown away by this pharmacies help . Not only did they accommodate my needs that day but referred me to a great primary care doctor, Dr. Cortes (795-0105 ) and I could never thank either place enough as my health has,been failing for some time. I went from Manatee ER to East Manatee health care (sorry if you ever get the misfortune of being here) and was no further long in my care until the day I walked in and spoke to Mike and his staff. I'm fi nilly on the right track and feel much better overall just from the stress taken off my shoulders. Walk on on and meet his entire staff and you'll know why I write this letter. Again, a big thanks to Manatee Discount Pharmacy for all their help and willingness to interact with my doctor.

I was unable to fill my prescriptions at Walgreens once again so I spoke with a friend and she suggested that I stop by and have a chat with Mike. Not only was he able to fill one of my prescriptions immediately but the other prescription was there the next day (just as he said it would be). We went over all of my prescriptions and Mike was able to match the pricing that I was paying at the local pharmacy and my mail in pharmacy. I would highly recommend that you stop in and have a chat with Mike to see if he can help you out. Thank you Mike for all of your help.

Manatee discount pharmacy, I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the service I received. The pharmacy manager was just so thoughtful caring and educated. I am battling leukemia and it's nice to know that this pharmacy really cares about people and go out of there way to accommodate everyone's needs . Again I cannot say enough good things about how they go out of their way for their customers

I honestly wish I could put into words the difference this pharmacy staff has made for me. Which may sound dramatic but it’s completely accurate.

For years after a life saving back fusion and battle with kidney cancer before I ever even turned 21 I have had the unfortunate necessity that is different medications all that are behind dangerous especially someone so young when it began. Luckily I lived in Maryland and could see pain management and other doctors at Hopkins, the best of the best and a medication was found that made all the difference. The sad part being some medications come with a stigma no matter what your story or battles. So for years I’ve stared at my shoes, begged my mother to do things in my behalf, and had my stomach sink anytime I was asked the name of my prescription. And trust me too many times that needless shame led me to stopping medication and suffering over and over again.

Well that may not sound like a horrible thing to deal with but to me it was. And things changed when I hit a long hard road that lead me to being a single and sole parent to a beautiful now one year old little boy. I was forced to move across the country to Florida to start over and keep my child safe. And one of the first places I started over at was this pharmacy. Again it may sound dramatic. But trust me. I walked in after searching for a way to afford my medication. And they offered me that chance above the rest by far. More importantly, they took it seriously. They knew that it was a medication I needed daily, not that I was an addict trying to manipulate. They treated me like a person who was merely picking up a simple medication and wasn’t below them for needing it. They knew my name, they were kind. They would call my doctor or even walk back to the doctors office just to make it work out for me and in a twenty minute window. I learned I didn’t need to feel badly or avoid what I needed because I wasn’t a bad person based on one small thing other judge.

The best part. A pharmacist willing to help within moments of hearing of a difficult situation on a day the pharmacy was closed, during his weekend, reaching out and not making me feel bad about myself. And in the end that kindness helped me get by until they were open and I didn’t have to take up his time that he happily offered. Believe me that is a one in a million thing. And having that support in a new community, I have never experienced that sort of kindness and honestly it’s the kind of treatment that will save lives and bad things from happening to suffering people. And that is the biggest deal in my humble opinion. Worthy of a very long dramatic review and every word of it I genuinely mean.

There is no other pharmacy or team like this. Cheaper or not in the future I will continue to be a very grateful Client. Thank you.

I was so glad to find such a great personable local pharmacy with MDP. Hamad kept in touch with me keeping me informed and trying very hard to get what I needed. He succeeded and went out of his way to do so. Everyone is so helpful, friendly and makes you feel comfortable in stressful situations. I would highly recommend them.
