Top notch company!! I called Thursday and they were out Friday. My carpets are so clean and it smells clean. They were spot on even from the beginning. Stacy was so helpful and so personable. The guys were friendly and professional and did a excellent job!! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to all!!

They did an amazing job! I have had my carpets cleaned in the past by other places and thought they did okay, but then pristine cleaned my carpet, so far I am extremely happy with it. I have a Siberian Husky and a Chihuahua and 2 kids and the carpet gets stuff tracked in and dog smell all in it. After the other companies have come out and cleaned the house still kinda had that dog smell. Then pristine rolled in and all the musty dog smell is gone! I came home from work the other day (2 days after they cleaned) and smelled nothing! It was great! Will recommend and will use them again!

I just want to thank this business for their hard work and dedication to their craft. I was able to get scheduled in very quickly (within two days) and the tech that came out was friendly and did great work.
He offered an additional service of fixing a small part of the floor where the carpet was coming up but was not pushy. He did a great job and I would highly highly recommend this company to anyone.
