Super happy with my new boots! The staff at redwings is outstanding! They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, and I greatly appreciate their extra effort! Good service is a dying thing. Redwings has you covered!

My name is Regina my father is 82 years old and has dementia. He has wore Red Wing Boots my entire life. Since this will be his last pair we visited the fort myers store. A young wonderful lady Brittany was not only helpful and kind but she was so patient with my Dad. We made several trips and each time she gave us 100% of her kindness. Brittany helped my father with new boots. He has Alzheimer’s and she was so patient with us every time we went in. They even stretched his boots for him. He was so excited to get the final results. I highly recommend Brittany to everyone

Honestly my first experience with Red Wing was awful at my City., Until I went to this store and met Brittany. She pointed me out with the right boots & Accessories I could use for my type of work, and I gotta tell you she really knows the brand. I am very pleased with her dedication and attention to the brand. On top of that it feels great when you walk into a place that you feel welcomed, informed, and tended to. I enjoy the costumer service at this Store, and I don't mind driving miles for it.

I recently visited that store and I bought a pair of Classic Moe. I would like to mention the nice welcome granted by Brittany and her high level of professionalism and customer service. She did not have the pair of shoes in my size during my first visit so she checked that internally and when I called her three days after and she said " I know who you are and I got your pair of shoes". A five star to Brittany and the quality of the brand

Are the products expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely!!! My second pair of Red Wings and they are worth every penny. Even better than the product is the customer service that you will receive. Brittany did a phenomenal job sizing me and getting me the proper shoes. The best customer service I have received in 2023. I am not sure what they pay Brittany but she is worth every penny.

I don't usually write reviews, at all, yet I feel the need to this time. Brittney gave exceptional service, answered all my questions, we had a great chat while I was trying out my new boots, and she even prints out coupons for the customers. I highly recommend this location.

The staff at this store is outstanding. They go out of their way to make sure your experience is 100% of everything you expected. Top notch to say the least.

The experience was excellent. They had me walk across the foot machine to see which insoles would work best for my feet, and it was spot on. Ended up walking out with brand pair of 8” Traction Tred Lites and a pair of Anti-Fatigue Elite insoles. Can confirm that these will NOT be my last pair!

Had to get a replacement pair of boots for a pair of shoes that started to tear out. Brittney was a great help in finding a new pair that would work better for the type of job I do. I definitely recommend this store for anyone who needs work boots that have a great warranty and great customer service! And these pop laces are the bomb! I don’t think I’ll ever go back to traditional laces again!!

I needed to order the same pair of boots that I already own. My company has a purchasing program and an allowance for purchase and the clerk made it extremely easy. The boots I needed were in stock! What a pleasant surprise. In and out in under 15 minutes and I'm at work with my new boots. Very nice.

The person that sold me the books are very patient and supportive they have a lot of experience and concerns about what boots are safe and comfortable for the type of work that I do and they are very courteous and respectful.

Brittany was VERY knowledgeable about every boot we pointed at. My husband was DEAD SET on a pair of boots but I kept asking questions anyway. She was able to answer all my questions. She recommended a pair of inserts and almost instantly my husband noticed a difference in the boot without the insert. She was also able to recommend a good pair of socks. My husband is a heavy diesel mechanic and is on his feet for long hours a day. Very satisfied with our purchase!! Thank you again name twin!! We will be back!

Excellent place for good boots. Elena Johnson assistant manager she was more than accommodating very knowledgeable in the different types of boots sold in the location and excellent help in finding the right type of boots.

I wish I had got the name of the two working this morning, they were both very friendly and informative! They helped me make a decision between 2 boots. I will definitely be buying another pair of boots here!
