Greensboro Ivory Dental

Went in for a second opinion about some dental work that I was advised that I needed that I wasn’t confident with. I also wanted better service overall. Front desk was courteous and Dr. Patel was great along with his staff. Set a plan in motion that I was comfortable with to keep me smiling with healthy teeth. My new family dentistry.

Macey was my dental hygienist and she was absolutely AMAZING!! From the time I walked in the door and was greeted by Jessica I knew that I had the right decision by choosing Dr. Patel and the wonderful staff at Greensboro Ivory Dental! Dr. Patel explained everything so nicely to me during my checkup and it made it so I would understand what was our next steps in my treatment process! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming and very cozy, this will definitely become my new dentist office and I will be referring others!

Glad i switched to Dr Patel. He and his team were very nice, professional, and informative. Thanks to Chellsie for my cleaning and making my first visit pleasant. I’d definitely recommended this practice to anyone needing a dentist.

I have only experienced excellent services at this office. Macy a tech is always the best. Brittany and her other associate at the front desk provide excellent assistance with a smile. Needless to say Dr Patel provides patience and true concern with each visit. Thanks to everyone at Ivory Dental.

This office was awesome. When I walked in both receptionist smiled and said hello. The doctor was also polite and explained everything to me to where I could understand. My assistant’s name was Julie. She was so kind and at the end she asked if I had any questions. What a great place to go for dental work. Thank you so much.

Fantastic staff, quick and timely with a lot of new and very nice equipment to make the process even easier! They got me in very quickly when I was having face melting tooth pain. Everyone else wanted me to wait serveral days atleast so that was well appreciated

The Google reviews on this office did not lie! I called on a Friday to see if they could get me in. Unfortunately like everyone else I called they couldn't get me in until Monday. What set them apart though is they were the only ones to offer a suggestion on what to do about the pain in the meantime. Everyone else rushed me off the phone. The receptionist was very empathetic and told me exactly what to do. The day of my visit the office was very clean and I was met with a smiling face and the entire staff was very friendly and informative. Dr. Patel was very straightforward and gave me a plan of action that was not confusing. I am glad to have them for my dental needs. Thank you all for living up to your reputation.

Best cleaning I have had ever. Macey was amazing and very informative. The doctor was great and answered any question I had. Front desk was quick to help me get in quickly for my cleaning. Would recommend to anyone!

Called in about my wisdom tooth pain the receptionist was amazing over the phone, understanding and really urgent about getting me in although new patient. Arrival experience amazing, doc examined me asked very detailed questioning and gave very efficient information until he could get me back in for removal. Really appreciate the ease and comfort of knowing I’ll be in great hands. Thanks
