Chili's Grill & Bar

We stopped in at Chilis in Lake Mary, Fl last night for a quick bite. We were greeted by a friendly manager, Thomas. He quickly had us seated. We arrived at a time that it was not to busy. The waiter, Jordan came over right away to take our order. We ordered two burgers. While waiting he brought us chips at the table with a salsa dip. They were warm, not overly salty and fresh. Our were hot, juicy and delicious. Jordan, always checked on us, if there was anything we needed. We noticed the restaurant filling up quickly and they began to get very busy. Never once did the manager, waiter, servers or cooks miss a beat. They all worked together nicely like symphony, it intrigued me to watch. Manager pinched in to help his staff. He bussed, delivered food to the tables, greeted customers and even checked on the kitchen. The waiters never missed a beat. Our food was served hot, perfectly cooked to order. Everything was very tasty. They always smiled. Even the kitchen staff kept the food coming. Never have I seen such team work. My first job was a waitress so I know how hectic it can get. But Kudos to all of them working together as a team. And, I give tribute to Thomas as the store manager for the efficiency of the operation. By the time I thought of taking a picture, we were nearly finished but I took one anyway. LOL

Do not doubt about coming HERE! My fav place to come with family and dine in. Would very much recommend getting the molten cake for dessert! Me and my family always get it and ugh so goodddd. Very nice service, love it!

This a nice place, very clean. The menu is large and good. If you sign up for their rewards program you get a free chips and salsa or a free non-alcoholic drink. The food was good. I sat at the bar and the drinks were poured good. The bartender was awesome and attentive. My my came out quickly and was cooked perfect. All the employees were friendly and the regulars were nice for conversation.

Grabbed a nice Sunday afternoon lunch, and it was great. Our for and service were both good. Our server took great care of us, and we had no problems.

We had a great family evening. Jordan our waiter, was awesome!

Good food, great service, awesome price. They never let me down. Come see Joel his service is on point, very attentive even when is so busy.

I came here and the employees were very helpful and sweet. They provide a quick turnaround on the food orders so when we receive our food it’s nice & Hot!!! Everything was great. I definitely recommend this location.

Came for a late supper and had the best experience. Our server, Robert, was excellent. Very attentive and friendly. Food was great and Robert kept the drinks coming. Wonderful experience. Will definitely be back to this location!

I love this Chili's. I had my first date with my husband 12 years ago. We went here last week and we were a party of 16 people. They setup a few tables and had us sitting in less than 30 minutes. We had 1 waitress and I was a little worried we were not going to get the service I wanted but I was shocked she was one of the best I have had in years. She was awesome. Food came out fast and cooked to our orders. I was so happy. We had to Birthday boyes. I will be going back!

Amazing service from our server Edwin!! Cutie parotie!! all great looking people!! There was one in particular with a mullet curly hair tanned guy…really good looking…besides the point…had a great time!

I was in the area for business the whole week. This Chilis was across the street from my hotel. The entire staff was friendly, and made this solo business traveler feel welcome. I met the bartenders Autumn and Frankie, and they were great! The hostess Anna has always made me feel welcome with her energy when walking in the front door.

Great meal! I haven't been to a Chili's in a while but after this dinner, I'll be back. I ordered the Alex's Santa Fe Burger. Not the usual kind of burger for me but I felt like trying something new and I'm glad I did. It comes with avocado, pepper jack cheese, red onions, roasted jalapenos, tomato, pickle, and a Santa Fe sauce. The fries were excellent!

The only minus was service was a bit slow at the bar. It wasn't the bartender's fault at all. She was rocking it, but just didn't have any help. She had the entire bar and tables around the bar to serve. I was going to take a star off the rating, but she was so nice and doing her best, I still had a great dinner.

Veterans Day free meals were cooked perfectly and presented quickly. Edwin, our server, was very attentive and pleasant. The girl bringing the drinks and food was also very nice. The food was tasty, and the fries were really good.

This location, despite being packed, went out of their way to make sure my daughter's food allergy items were addressed and served correctly. Top marks for their service and professionalism.

Robert is the best server!!! His attention to detail was superb. Robert continues to make sure everything was satisfactory!! I will definitely return to that location to ask for Robert!

Great atmosphere. the server was attentive. Kept bringing refills without us having to ask for it. The food was nice and hot. We didn't have to wait long for the food.

I’ve been to many chilis locations in several states, and this one in Lake Mary doesn’t miss. There are a ton of places to get lunch nearby, so it’s nice to know they stay consistent on experience. Sat at the bar, immediate friendly service, each element of my lunch was prepared hot and fresh. For 14 bucks with a drink, in and out under a half hour. Clearly a leadership and staff that care. 10/10

We had a great experience here the other day. Our waitress was friendly and patient, and the food arrived within a reasonable amount of time too. The only downside we found was that all the dishes seemed to be too salty- perhaps it's just the cuisine?

Went for lunch today with my husband and his friend. I got half track of ribs and they were scrumptious. Our server was fast and friendly. If you like pickles they hands down have the best ones EVER!!!

It is good to know that when it seems like the world is stopping or seem like it's coming to an end or you just can't find toilet paper take some time and visit your local Chili's they will be there to serve you with a smile with good food and friendly service
