Had so much help in choosing several large purchase items, and I feel like I spent all of that money wisely because of the expert advice. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and several other times during my visit. The person who helped with the large purchases, Liz, the manager, was very helpful without being pushy, which made it feel comfortable spending the money and feeling like I was getting a good deal and choosing the right items.

Andrea and John went ABOVE and beyond to help me the other day when our elementary school was in the middle of their largest fundraising event and we didn’t receive something crucial to its success. I ran in, they helped me tremendously and even found coupons to help bring down the price. They are amazing and deserve lots of praise!! Thank you, both! You saved the day for us!!

John in copy department is superb. He deserves a raise and upgraded equipment along with the lady who I think is the Manager - both excellent customer service assets.

Great customer service at this location. The staff is very friendly. They’re always smiling and looking for ways to assist you, however they can.

Ms. Andrea, has fantastic customer service skills, and I would recommend using the store to anyone, especially small business owners who are looking to get things done quickly and efficiently.

I frequent Office Depots in Orange and Seminole county for my business needs. This is by far the best experience I've had. Hayleen assisted with the copy machine problems I was having and was very kind and helpful.

Office depot is a great store with professional employees. They usually have everything in stock and they also do deliver. I would recommend the Lake mary store. It is in a good location and easy to find. They have a printing department that is top notch. Travel photographer from Heathrow, FL.

I stopped in yesterday on 9/10 and received GREAT customer support from John as well as Kendrix (when I called the store today). This Office Depot is my 'go to' store. I left a review 2 years ago (listed below) as well. GREAT service time and time again.

I was shopping here on 7/26 & received OUTSTANDING customer service from Mohammed. I thought I would take the time to write a quick review about that because I was that impressed !! Every customer experience should be like the one I received.

The Office Depot employee who served me was so pleasant and efficient that I will continue shopping at this store.

Andrea is my life saver.. in prints she is the best. Although every1 is very helpful and friendly here.. she is the best. I know I can count on her to help me get my business forms and all.prints needed straightened out

Kendrix is a wonderful sales associate! He is knowledgeable, patient and resourceful, even though I was indecisive. He helped select the tools I needed for my home office. Big Kudos to Kendrix!

With so many questions of what I needed done. The staff went way out of your way to help me and accomplish the things that I needed to get done. If there was a 10 star mark they would’ve got a 10 star but I only see five. Great job thank you very much

I was very pleased with the help from my sales rep. while deciding on purchasing a new computer and with the service rep. who performed a diagnostic on my older computer. Overall, very satisfied.
