Thank you so much tothe owner of the gas station here. Iran out of gas and my Uber brought me but didn’t have time to drop me off and I can’t get an Uber on this phone I have since it’s a temporary one that does not allow enough storage. He helped me get to my vehicle and was so nice and I appreciate everything he did out of the kindness of his heart 😊

I like visiting the Sunday 11 when I come to Florida The employees are so friendly the store is very neat and clean

It's a tiny store, not very clean, gas at decent prices. Close to the interstate.

On 9/26/2022, aroun 2:40 PM, I pulled into Pump #8 to get gas. I walked inside to pre-pay, then walked out and prepared to pump the gas...

...And the pump simply refused to work. I pulled the pump lever all the way down, and nothing happened. Naturally upset (especially since all the other pumps were taken), I walked back in and told the cashier what was going on. She offered to either refund the money, or let me use another pump. As all the other pumps were occupied, I took a moment to process this, still visibly frustrated...

...And then the chasier just WENT OFF on me, accusing me of "bringing in devil energy to ruin her day." Just because I was visibly frustrated when I told her what was going on. Needless to say, I took the refund, and then went to the Shell gas station nearby; this place wasn't going to get my money with that kind of attitude.

I don't remember any apology for the pump not working. The cashier made no mention of planning to put an "Out of Order" sign on Pump #8. In all likelihood, I wasn't the only unsatisfied customer that day.

I understand that running a cash register in a gas station is difficult work -- customer service usually is -- but I really feel like the woman's attitude was completely unnecessary.

I work not too far from this location so I stop in on the way to work.... This morning I get on line to purchase my items. Ms Maria was dealing with a customer and I was next on the other line. The cashier that identified himself as Navine (I believe) I never saw him there so I'm assuming he is fairly new.... But he was distracted by the other customer and tried to hold a conversation as I'm trying to pay for my things. I had to ask to place my things in a bag and as I put my card into my wallet he tells me to have a great day but I asked for my receipt and he looked as if I asked for his kidney... Then asked for his name he asked why and I said because it seems as if you are distracted by this other customer and he tells me that it's something important going on. Meanwhile the guy making jokes so I'm unsure what the urgency was to get me from the line. Bad customer service today. He was also unbothered by me telling him I would complain. He probably is related to the owner......

Not enough employees in the store to wait on customers. Frequent lines out of the door. When there are other employees in the store, some of them are on their phones and not waiting on customers. This is an off and on occurrence. They over staff during slow times and under staff during the busiest times.

Pay close attention to what you pay, especially the cookies by the counter marked 2.89 They charge me $4.74 and then discount $1.74 which equals $3.00.

The guy in the black framed glasses is rude as hell !!! I asked for an extra bag for my purchase and he literally throws several bags at me !!! Unacceptable
Go somewhere else !!
