Tyler helped me find exactly what I was looking for today. He went above and beyond to find what I needed. Highly recommend! Well stocked, great service and clean store.

I visited this location on Memorial Day and though they were busy the staff was super friendly and accommodating to any questions. When I got home that afternoon I realized I had forgotten to pickup 2 additional items- upon calling the store the staff quickly helped me over the phone and went the extra mile to ensure I received the products I was interested in without having to go back into the store. Shout out to Kara S for being so polite and helpful over the phone it made my day! Best customer service I’ve received in a while.

Jamila was absolutely amazing. She took the time to help my college student find the right suit with her patience and great attitude. Offered for us to sign up for a credit card for additional savings too. Honestly, it was an entire perfect experience and mostly thanks to her!!!

Had to exchange some items for different sizes and it was painless. Also, I ended up saving some $$ because they had gone on sale. Lines were short and the staff was friendly and helpful. I hate shopping, so they made nice even for a nonshopper like me. Well done.

I called the store to confirm that there were a particular style of shoe that I was looking for and it was confirmed. When I got there, I looked around and the associate told me the shoes weren’t there and I was misinformed. However, she (Amy) and the manager made it right when I came up to purchase other items that I hadn’t originally come in for. They also took care of me on the backhand side by having the shoes come straight to my house at no charge😄😄 now THAT’S how you take care of your customers. I am so elated and really do appreciate. Will definitely be back.

I stopped in at this location today just curious to see what they had. Jason was very helpful in explaining what was on sale and what was similar to the non-outlet JCrew items I was more familiar with.

You should know that the factory outlet jcrews are a different system than the non-outlet JCrew stores. Prices are much lower and the product lines are unique to the factory stores (so they won't have anything available at a traditional JCrew store). You might think the quality would take a hit, but the line of suits they have is very similar to the spendier styles at traditional JCrew, if it's just a branding difference I wouldn't be surprised. Their $45 dress shirts are indistinguishable from the $100+ ludlow shirts, same with the pants.

I noticed a few posters mention lack of sizes or styles. They had a full inventory when I was there. Jason let me know that they can just order anything from their online site and have it shipped to you in a few days and that they would honor any sale prices the thing would have received. This was a really convenient way to get anything in any size and I was able to scoop up a fun color of shirt that wasn't in stock in my size.

Lest you're reading this and thinking, yeah, this dude's a shill, I had a not great exp with the lenox square store last week and left a not great review you're welcome to go see. But this store restored my fan boy faith in the Crew and I'm happy I won't have to shop around to find professional looking clothes that are also affordable.

We usually don't shop in here but the selection was pretty good and we caught them on a sale. Got a bunch of shirts and shorts. The staff was super friendly.
