Good place ti staying!!

Can not recommend. First the positive. We had absolutely no problem maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the facility with outside temperatures hovering near 90 degrees. Leaving bedroom doors cracked open and window air conditioners running, a fan running in the main room and the furnace recirculating fan on kept things very comfortable. The WiFi was very strong.

Two overriding negatives. Portions of the facility are occupied full time. Noise appears to be a highly sensitive issue. It’s referred to in online reviews and by the owner in written instructions at the facility. I felt on edge and uncomfortable my entire stay that I might make too much noise. We were instructed that the kitchen is below a rented area and that noise was not tolerated. Yet, there is no community table large enough in the family room to accommodate group games. There is even a red flashing light in the main room which, if illuminated, you are supposed to call the owner! Second, it’s not clean and is in need of routine maintenance. Kitchen tiles are dirty and cracked. The kitchen sink needs a serious scrubbing or replacement. Room fans are dirty. Dead flies lie in overhead lights. Windows have been extensively modified to get air conditioning units in place. Extra bedding was stained. Ceiling texture is falling off. I could go on. I am attaching photos of the specific issues mentioned.
