Publix Super Market at Auburndale

Aimee was bagging groceries today and really made my grandmas whole day. She was SO kind and helped her load her walker, insisted on taking the cart out for us, and was just overall so sweet. The kind of worker that makes you wanna come back to the same location because it feels like they really care about the community they’re serving. Also, this Publix is always well stocked and so clean. I appreciate that :)

I feel safe there, for the most part. The store is close to my home. Could be bigger, looking forward to seeing the new Publix. ALL the workers from baggers to customer service, and ALL those between are ALWAYS friendly and helpful.

Being so new to this area I'm always looking for new places to call my favorites, this Publix was awesome. The Deli lady, the cashier, the bagger, even the floor associate- every single one was just smiling, friendly and helpful! Thank you Publix in Winter Haven!

Store is always beautiful and clean, the carts are always maintained, and the employees are always super friendly, helpful, and respectful.

Very friendly staff. Always offering to help. The butcher needs a saw that will cut the oxtail in smaller pieces.

Great customer service and variety of foods. Food prices could be less but I'd still shop there if I had certain items on my list.

I usually do pick up. Every employee has been exceptional! My only complaint would be rude people park in the two pick-up spots. Obviously not Publix fault.
