Walton County Tax Collector - Freeport

Hands down one of the best DMV/title offices I’ve been to in the country!

I never saw more than 2 other customers there. You get help right away and it's like "Welcome to Florida!" Highly Recommended.

This is the fastest, friendliest, and most helpful Tax Collector's office I've ever been in!

When I tell you fast. Omg one of the fastest DMV's I have ever been to in Florida!!! Quick and friendly!!!

Very pleasant experience. Was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door...they weren't busy so I was invited to be helped before I even had a chance to touch the screen for a ticket! Ashton helped us today and he is so friendly, caring and helpful. 10 minutes is all it took. Thank u so much!!

First of all I would like to say how thankful I am that there is a Tag Agency/Tax Collector office in Freeport. This saves so much time not having to drive all the way to Defuniak. Secondly the staff are very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and have excellent customer service. Toma and Ashley stand out and deserve recognition. I recently purchased a vehicle and Toma explained the transfer process and made it easy and painless. Thank you very much!

General a good place but spoke on the phone today with a very in pleasant lady iv tho I had a email with proof of still wrong we don’t do that get that lady more training or fire no customer should feel under the gun

Went to renew my vehicle’s and the person taking care of me totally ignored me. I wanted to pay for 2 year’s she didn’t even ask me she was too busy on the phone and talking to two ladies that were being waited on at another window. Terrible customer service. Not the way anyone should be treated.

0 for 2...tried twice to use this office in the last 3 weeks both times said they were open on their website, both times closed. Very inconvenient!!! And of course never an answer on the phone.
