Unbelievable excellent packaging of my shipment.
Among other things, I had ordered several containers of lures and urine. Upon opening the box, I was expecting to smell various odors from the items, but I was shocked! I opened the box and immediately put my nose down in there to take a whiff, but I could smell absolutely nothing (other than the cardboard box and the packing paper)!
Everything was sealed inside plastic bags, then they were individually wrapped in packing paper, then there was more packing paper between those items. They sure know how to ship things correctly. I know this is the way things OUGHT to be done, but I just wasn't expecting it from what I've seen from other companies recently.

I placed an order, # TSC4522, with Trap Shack Company on May 3, 2022. They were very super quick to send me an email that my order had shipped with a USPS Tracking Number later that same day. I received a package from them on May 5, 2022. I thought, man this is the company that will definitely get my business! I opened the box and it contained only 2 of the 5 items I had ordered. The DP trap and 2 replacemenet trap dogs I ordered were not in the box. On the invoice every item was checked off but beside the DP Trap item was handwritten "*shipped separately". Checking the tracking number shows all 5 of the items as being delivered on May 5, 2022. To make a long story short, I gave it about a week before I tried to contact them about this to give the other item(s) time to arrive but they never came in. I tried several times to contact Trap Shack Company without success. I finally called again on May 26, 2022 and made contact. It was the owner of the company, Brian. I told him about my order and he apologized and he was extremely nice and pleasant to talk to. He told me he would ship me replacements of the Z-Trap and Foothold Dogs. I received the replacement items on May 31, 2022. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them in the future. They have very good prices, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. Thanks Brian!

They sent the wrong traps and are not responding to emails. I ordered dogless traps that is not what I got. There is no customer support.
