Cactus Ridge Custom Processing

We had a beef processed here and it was all amazing! They hung it longer like we wanted with no fuss! The packaging and cuts were fantastic! Anthony went above and beyond to meet up to get our meat since we live in Neosho. He was headed out of town and even brought it with him!!! Great customer service!! Would definitely recommend and we will use them again for sure!!

First time using this meat processor for a deer. They were open on a Sunday during opening gun day. Drop off was easy, straight forward process. I did not order and processed products like summer sausage, I will try that next year. They had my deer ready for pickup in 3 weeks! Very happy first time customer!

Family owned and operated. A family with wonderful values and a pride in community. They work hard for their customer and are always trying to be innovative to help support the community. They put together a great program for youth deer season every year!! Also have constructed a special program for hunters to help process deer with the constant restraints the MDC puts in place. All for the betterment of the Deer population and community. They are hard working and customer oriented in everything they deliver and the Jalapeño Deer sausage is to die for.

Best processing plant I’ve ever dealt with, owners were very respectful and answered all my questions as well as kept me up to date on everything. Super clean facility and genuinely cares about farms and what it takes to keep us all in business. Recommended giving them a call.

These guys are amazing! Had a steer butchered there and took 2 deer there from youth season. Can’t say enough good about how they take care of their customers and how good of a job they do.

The only place we take our deer. This place has been nothing but honest and straight forward with all of our orders. Our family has grown very close to Jennifer and Anthony and highly recommend any one that needs butchering to contact them. Great people, great service, and always honest. The best summer sausage we have ever had from any location in Missouri.

Update: we had our beef processed here this last year. Could not be happier. Well packaged and prepared. The next beef we have done will be done at Cactus Ridge without hesitation.

These guys were great quick and easy to work with. You can tell the family owned business takes pride in their work. Super clean and well maintained. The smell of the summer sausage was sensational. I will follow up when I get back my processing but I have not doubt it will be mouth watering.10/9 update got my Summer sausage back very quick which I am sure is because of bow season but dang it smells and tastes amazing jalapeno cheddar 🤤.

This has easily been one of my favorite reviews for a number of reasons so let's jump in. I brought my daughters first deer she ever harvested here this year. They listened to the whole story of the hunt and I knew right away we weren't just money to these folks we were now friends. They gave her a stocking cap which she wears proudly all the time . I have had 2 deer processed through them this year and the quality was amazing. The jalapeño and cheese sausage was great the whole family loves it. It's a favorite for the co workers and for family gatherings. Let's switch gears for just a second and talk about the bold flavor breakfast sausage it's hands down the best I have ever had and is flavorful. If you have not tried it I highly suggest you do. If you have been skeptical as to taking your deer to them don't! Just come in and introduce yourself and leave with a couple new friends. I know Dykes personally, this place is clean and professional. Very humble and out going. Prices are reasonable.

The only place we will take our deer now! Two years and multiple seasons down and never disappointed! Their intake this year proves how great they are! Hands down the best summer sausage I've ever had! Plus it's always nice to walk into a place and be treated kindly. Anthony has always helped me to my car after picking up even when he has a line of customers waiting. Best people and lucky to have them so close to home!
