Very caring and thorough! Spends the time I need going over my meds and physical problems. He is a lovely man and I love his staff as well!

The doctor's and the staff have shown that they are willing to make things right and correct them as fast as possible. It is hard to find a doctor who actually care's about his or her's patients, but this Dr. and his staff are remarkable. They are all very good in there fields. I pray they will always care for their patients like they certainly do now. One thing all Dr's and there staff should do is clearly call the patient after they have visited the office to see how everything is. One simple question should be posed to the patient 'How are you doing?' It would make us feel so good and not only that we would feel like we are being managed by a Family .Practitioner! Something we have not seen for over 5 or more decades. I give them four and a half stars! Room to make it much better

Excellent doctor and staff.

I was at the office several times at the worst months of the carona virus. No mask required. I had an appointment last week. I explained to the nurse that I had a medical reason that I couldn't wear a mask. She insisted that I was disrespecting her by not wearing one. I tried to be nice and complied in every way I could. She told me they would come outside and draw blood. After waiting 15 minutes she told me to leave. A week later the doctor dropped me as a patient putting my health at risk. The nurse was very rude. No mask on the secretary when I walked in. My wife was there a few days earlier. The same nurse walked around the entire time with no mask. Since my job involves public safety having no doctor now puts other people at risk if my condition goes unchecked. I wasn't trying to be defiant. I have legitimate reasons why I cant breath with a mask. I have to schedule appointments 2 weeks in advance due to my job. Just to take time off to see the doctor that day cost me $600. My request was reasonable. If doctor Gebhardt insists on dropping me I guess my next step is filing a complaint with the Georgia medical board

This place doesn't' even deserve one star. I called asking for an appointment for an ear infection i'm pretty sure I have. When I asked for an appointment or if they were taking new patients her first question was do you have insurance. Since I currently have a gap in insurance, I have no problem paying full price cash upfront. And when I replied I didn't then she said there was no one there that could help me. If you're going to call yourself a doctors office then shouldn't you be willing to help? I could understand if I didn't have the money but when I stated I would pay up front full price? Then this is ridiculous.

It took 3 days for the nurse to call me back in regards to my medication. When I finally recieved a call back as i let her know i was out of state and need a refill and I just need a call in she told me no as by this time I had been out of my med for 3 days I would not recommend this place to anyone if you ever plan on needing your meds while out of state
