I loved that it was self paced so you could spend more time on chapters based on how you felt you retained the material. Amanda did really well being there to support you and answer questions regarding the course, course work, and sop questions. Bridget was an amazing skills instructor. She was very thorough and made sure everyone was able to understand what was going on. I liked the new skills testing as it ensured we knew what to do in actual scenarios and not just if we could memorize and read steps off a paper. I feel better prepared to take registry and work in the field.

This class was amazing! I am a hands on learner and the instructor was very interactive. This is all very new to me so I was nervous and quiet, but he made sure we were all talking and 100% comfortable by the end. He explained everything after every video and asked if we had questions, I really appreciated that. I also passed so that’s exciting. I would definitely recommend, 100/10!

I want to give a shout out to Bridget who was sent to our office to renew our BLS. She was very informative and knowledgeable about everything she discussed. She shared stories from her time as a paramedic. She "fit" with our office perfectly!!! Could not have asked for a better trainer!!!

Took CPR class and Bridgette was very prompt, informative and entertaining. Most classes are boring but Bridgette made jokes and kept us laughing while we learned best CPR class I’ve taken so far.

Knowledgeable instructors and clean facilities. Instructor did good discussion and made sure we understood concepts, in addition to statistics. Hands on was helpful and I felt like the instructor really wanted us to be able to deliver high quality CPR at the end of the course. Instructor -in -training was in class and added to the details of instruction and helpful real world scenarios, as well as helping with hands on understanding.
