I am a new customer and after meeting Julie yesterday and getting fitted for shoes I feel like I am walking better than I have for a year. Julie watched me walk, explained what she was observing, gave me options for tennis shoes, inserted my new orthotics, explained the tradition process and answered my questions. I happily encourage anyone with foot issues to meet with Julie and learn how much better your feet can feel.

With not only my previous pair of shoes but new ones. They told me I could refurbish my shoe instead of buying a new pair for $300, essentially losing their own business for what was better for me. They helped me to solve my plantar fasciitis problem (it was quite painful!). Please please, if you need any foot assistance, they have the expertise and integrity to help you get better.

Such a kind and patient lady! With all my foot problems, i am a difficult person to fit but she took her time, brought out numerous styles for me to try. Never got impatient or hurried with me until we found the perfect shoe. Will definitely go back for future purchases.

Foot Solutions Acworth owners are highly trained pedorthists and are on site to give their customers the benefit of their training. I’ve been to other specialized shoe stores but none of them shared their expertise with me. I came in with every shoe I owned hurting my feet or back and they fitted me with shoes that have been a life changer. They also told me which shoes in their store wouldn’t work for me instead of just selling anything in the store. I don’t buy any shoes without consulting them first. I can’t say enough great things about Ron and his wife.

I had a great experience at Foot Solutions in Acworth. The associates were very helpful and kind. I was sized for running and casual wear shoes which I have now worn for about a month. Both shoes are very comfortable and I will definitely return for more shoes in the future.

I returned to foot solutions months later for new work shoes and once again left extremely satisfied. Wore my shoes to work and came home without back or foot pain which was a nice change! Really love the great customer service and solutions!

Mind you this was my 1st time ever going to a shoe store that actually cares about your feet and well-being and I was pretty skeptical. I had an appointment set as I knew I would need special care as my feet are really bad but Mrs. Julie made me feel at ease and I didn't feel indifferent or unwelcome like I have in the past at other shoe stores because they only care about the sale. She took her time with me really examining my feet and she was extremely knowledgeable about all the parts of the feet and how it each shoe corrects those problems along with self care of course. I know what I've been doing wrong all these years and I walked away feeling like I can see a pain free future ahead.

On the spur of the minute, I walked in to Foot Solutions acworth and oh my!!! I found five pairs of shoes on the $25 wall. I love to shop at Foot Solutions. It’s the only place I buy shoes so if you haven’t tried it, please take a moment stop in they’ll get you fitted in the most perfect shoes and your feet will never hurt again.

I recently had a bad case of plantar fasciitis with bone spurs and severe pain for months, after seeking medical attention, I found out I would need to wear shoe inserts and orthopedic type shoes for the rest of my life! Eeegads! I have always been a flipflop, sandal kind of girl, along with a few ballerina flats thrown in and was in complete denial. But I went to visit Foot Solutions just to check out their shoes, and was AMAZED by what I found. After several pairs of really good looking, wonderful feeling, shoes, I am hooked on their inventory, their gracious service, and kindness in explaining what type shoes not only fit well, but will help me continue to heal from my plantar fasciitis too! What a deal!

I continue to visit Foot Solutions in Acworth to buy shoes for myself. I always find what I am initially looking for (and usually another pair of shoes that I fall in love with too). Now my husband and my mother buy their shoes at this store too. Julie and Ron are so gracious and accommodating in helping me find exactly what I need, and if the exact shoe you need (or want) isn’t available in stock, they can usually order it and have it for you within a week. For people who have medical problems with their feet or for those who don’t, this store provides a large variety of shoes to select from. Happy that I found Foot Solutions Acworth!

If you are looking for quality, excellent customer service, genuine friendly staff, and owners willing to go the extra mile, please put this store on the top of your list. I have great difficulty in finding shoes that work for me, but for the past 7 years or so, this is "my" shoe store!

Julie and Ron (owners) were amazing and so kind, patient and really took time listening to our foot issues. Julie spent well over an hour measuring my feet for custom orthotics and made several suggestions for trying different things to get the best result. I left feeling that it was money well spent.
