LOVE MY NEWLY RECOVERED SUNROOM FURNITURE!! I had been trying unsuccessfully to find the right fabric and service to recover my rattan sunroom furniture for 2 years, and finally I found Sew Biz right in downtown Neenah! Lori and Lisa were always willing to help me search for fabrics or answer questions whenever I dropped by the store, and once I found the fabrics, they scheduled it out a few months to fit their schedule. They arrived a week early to pick up all the furniture, finished it very quickly, and it looks beautiful! They even recommended someone who touched up the wood frame where it had been sun damaged. All this, and it was on budget, too. This is the second project they have done for me (making new window treatments from fabric of drapes from our old house was the first) and I can't say enough wonderful things about their service. Lori and Lisa are talented, professional, timely, and efficient. They will be my first call from now on!!

Lori and Lisa have done multiple projects for us at 3 different homes, from window treatments to furniture reupholstery. Their work has been fantastic! They are creative and pragmatic with a good eye for design. They have offered great suggestions on color choices and fabrics, have been really good at repurposing existing items and have even recommended a wood furniture refinisher for us. All of their work has been incredibly high quality. When we moved out of state they did window coverings for us and shipped them, and were very available and helpful when we had installation questions. Both Lori and Lisa have been great to work with!

Sew Biz did gorgeous work! Not only did everything turn out beautifully, but the time she spent with me helping pick out patterns and colors was above and beyond. I really had no idea how to get the look I was going for but she walked me through it and even installed everything on a weekend. We have recommended Sew Biz to everyone who asks!

Dropped by the store to see if they could fix one of our couch pillows. Lori said she could do it immediately while we waited. What relief. Then we discussed options for restoring couch and chair cushions as well as re-upholstery to modernize our 30 year old furniture. Lori has a good sense for when restoring is worth it or replacing with new is a better choice. Glad to have found her shop!

Have higher quality conference room chairs but updated décor. Instead of ordering new chairs we tried recovering. The chairs turned our great. Cost about 42% of buying new.

They did great work, more than what I expected and it was done so quickly! I'll certainly be back and recommend you check them out!

Great work

Unreliable. They started working with us and then disappeared. Very disappointing since we have a lot of work we wanted done.If they're too busy to take on the project, I wish they had just told us rather than leaving us hanging.
Update in response to business reply: I came into your store in person, discussed what I was looking for and you instructed me to email measurements and pictures. I did that. You didn't reply, so I called and emailed again. Weeks later you called and said you couldn't remember what you were doing for me. You pulled up the old emails and apologized. You said you'd get me the details and arrange for an in-house visit for measuring. You also asked for additional pictures. I sent all the info again and once again you never followed through. It set us back by months, but we've moved on to another business. Just wanted to share our experience.
