Was advised battery needed replaced at an oil change today. Went to the Autozone where I purchased it to confirm and they did not have a working tester. Have had several good experiences here but things happen. They let me know battery may be prorated because only 2 years into a 3 year warranty for one I have but need to have tested at another store. Happened to be in St. Charles later and stopped in here. They were nice, quick to help, honored the warranty and, since terminals in good shape, switched it out free of charge and on my way. Very good experience! Would recommend. This type of customer service is SO helpful.

Come on now! If it's not Napa and their messed up prices and they know what a glow plug is?. And they will sell you muffler fluid for your diesel!

If I could give Phillip a million stars I would !!! He put my belt on my alternator and literally saved my day. THANK YOU SOO MUCH . I really appreciated the customer service especially since it was not in his job description. Also thank you to the two young man that assisted him . He is heaven sent . ❤❤

ZACH. I don’t know about the other employees but THIS employee would make up for an entire team! Not only has he helped me with a car issue, but even before I made a purchase, he displayed amazing customer service and acknowledged me when I walked in. Just his demeanor towards people is very calm and I can tell that he’s the kind of guy that listens to people and understands what it’s like to be stuck in a car dilemma.

Aside from answering my questions well, Zach was so so kind enough to help take a look at my headlight- after I had already tried at home with my dad. He ended up replacing my bulb which was tricky with my kind of car- and fixed the problem, all preventing me from having to go to the mechanic. as ZACH IS AMAZING (coming from someone who’s had a lot of car issues..)

AutoZone is always great to visit. They offer a range of free services that include battery charging, basic systems check and computer readings. You cannot beat their services. The prices overall are competitive. I was helped by a very professional service attendant.

Ben is AMAZING!!! My breaks were bad and another location had given me the wrong ones. Ben was very quick to help - exchanged them, took care of the difference in price, and even called other stores to make sure someone could deliver them! Also, thanks Jeff at the 1st Capitol location!

Today was my second day at a new job and I went to go get breakfast at McDonald's and decided to go inside because the drive-through line was ridiculously long. When I came back outside and put my key in the ignition to turn my car on I got nothing it wouldn't start so I called my husband to come and give me a jump since he was really close to me and in the meantime I called AutoZone to let them know what was going on and they asked me to bring my car in after I got off of work so they can check my battery. Once my car was jumped originally we noticed it was a connection issue and most likely the battery was OK but when I got to AutoZone a gentleman by the name I believe Emilio came out to check it for me and he ended up fixing the problem for me now my car is good. Thank you so much for assisting me today your services were greatly appreciated

I was having a terrible day and then my battery went out!!! I went to muegge Auto zone and Phillip S. Was AMAZING!! We was so helpful and took the time to replace my battery even though it is in a very tricky location! I highly recommend this autozone and if Phillip is working, he will do everything he can to help you out!

Was just in the other day for a battery. I've never met such honest, knowledgeable and kind employees in my life. They made a stressful situation for us turn into a calm one. I will always go here from now on for my automotive needs.

We were traveling through when we had battery warning alarms. They were able to diagnose the problem and suggest a local repair shop. Very courteous and knowledgeable!
