Noah's Cupboard

We reserved a larger table a Noah's Cupboard to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday. We chose a four-course meal with the chef ahead of time and the process was so smooth.

When we arrived, we had the whole bottom level to ourselves! Our servers were very knowledgeable and personable. They were just the right level of attentive and friendly. They even filled us in on the history of the historic (and haunted!) building.

The dinner itself was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely some of the best we'd ever had. Each dish was hand crafted from scratch right before serving and everything was farm fresh and locally grown when possible.

We started with the butternut squash soup with local apples, chai-spiced house made marshmallow, and toasted walnuts. Second course was the SUPER fresh bowtie pasta in bechamel sauce with pork sausage. Main course was the beef short ribs with potato gratin and carrot top pesto. Dessert was the AMAZING sticky toffee pudding with bourbon toffee sauce and the thickest, creamiest, homemade whipped cream ever.

I could have died happy right then. Everything was absurdly good. I will be back, as soon as possible.

We chose NC due to a review I read about the best KC had to offer for dinning. I wanted to take my partner somewhere special and different for her late bday dinner. That's exactally what we got! We were greeted by name at the door and got our first look at the space. It was small but inviting never feeling crowded. The kitchen is exposed which allows you to see nick create his art. Make no mistake, he creates art, very delishious art. We chose the 4 course and we're not the least bit disappointed! At one point in the meal my partner stated, I have had one perfect bite of food, this is another. Both our meals were what we were hoping for. The desserts were a great send off to an amazing meal. We are looking forward to going back and bring friends! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

There are truly no words to accurately describe the experience that is Noah’s Cupboard. The meal is beyond delicious and will exceed any expectations you may have. The atmosphere is intimate and quaint like nothing you will ever feel outside of Weston, MO. If you have the opportunity to enjoy a meal at Noah’s Cupboard - take it! It is BY FAR the best meal I have ever been able to experience.

There's is not a better restaurant we have ever eaten at. Nick and Andrea are amazing people and have created something special in Weston MO. The service, Amanda, is top-notch. The dishes that are put together are truly remarkable. If you have the privilege of getting a reservation, do yourself a favor and come to Noah's Cupboard. Guaranteed one of the best experiences you will have. Thank you for having us, again!

An amazing hidden gem!! You must get here!! Cozy and warm. Great service and spectacular food. We did the 4 course prix fixe and we couldn’t had more food than we could imagine. We will definitely come back! Only 4 tables inside.

One of the best restaurants in the KC area. The food is amazing and the service top notch. We are moving from the area tomorrow and this was our last stop. Had to eat there one more time.

Make a reservation a couple of months in advance and you won’t be disappointed. Small restaurant with 4 tables, very intimate. Local sourcing, multiple courses, and each course is explained by the knowledgeable hosts - but totally unpretentious. Absolutely fantastic.

An absolute stunner of a dining experience. Beautifully curated menu featuring some of the best offerings available locally as well as sourced seasonally. Our table enjoyed all of the beef specials available that Saturday evening (think marrow bones, beef tongue with ricotta, beef heart salad, and short ribs with risotto). My son loved the grouper with mussels, and my wife loved the pierogis. Desserts were stellar. All in all a perfect evening and perfect meal.

This was one of the best meals we've had in a while. We each got the four course (so we could try everything) and I was blown away by the creativity, the flavor and how everything worked just beautifully. The service was incredible, amazing wine and the space was beautiful. Definitely a must eat in Weston 💜💙

Just amazing. I’ve been multiple times and each one is better. Amazing space, amazing service, and the most amazing is of course, the food. Chef Nick is a true master. You won’t find a better place to have high quality well served food with people who truly care.

Such a lovely evening. The food was amazing, the people were lovely- it's not a place to go and wolf down a meal and head out. It's a place to go and have a delicious meal and a great experience with family or friends. 10/10 recommend- but make sure you get your reservations well in advance!!

THE most delicious food in Weston! Perfect private date location as there’s only about 14 seats in this cozy restaurant. Very fair prices for the very high quality of food you get.

This was one of, if not the absolute best restaurant meals we've had in our entire lives. It was a level of quality above anything I've ever had before. The service, wine selection, taste, presentation, everything was simply wonderful. What a lovely way to spend our anniversary. We will absolutely be back.
