Good hotel, staff is friendly and helpful. Melinda, in housekeeping, is fantastic. She is nice and went out of her way to accommodate us.

We rented an EV and were concerned about charging it. It worked out very for us. There were 2 pedestal charges. Each charger had a Tesla charger and a charger for other cars, so 4 cars could be charging at once. There was only one other car there while we were there, and it worked out fine for us.

Just spent 19 days on business in this hotel. 🏨 Great location in a small town. Theater & barber shop across the street & restaurants nearby. Room had larger refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishes, etc. Breakfast is included and is not bad. Coffee & tea/ hot water available all day. Laundry room available. Takes credit cards. Very comfortable stay.

Definitely a comfortable stay! Stayed here with 4 kiddos and all of them kept saying how well they slept. Worth the money 100%. I would not choose to stay elsewhere in Leavenworth after our experience here. We kept coming back and will continue to do so. Very friendly staff, very clean facility and a great breakfast selection. For being rated a 2-star hotel they well deserve the 5 star review. Thanks for "leaven" worth in Leavenworth :)

Staff treated me like family!!! The breakfast was HOT & DELICIOUS!! I am never a fan of hotel breakfast yet this one was surprisingly good! I’d come back just to visit the funny, thoughtful, and kind staff, Courtney was AMAZING!!!

Stayed in room 407, the room was very nice and cleaned, have stayed at this property before but first time being in a room on 4th floor,had a good amount of towels which with 4 kids was really nice, shower curtain was nicely placed in middle of shower and tucked into hand rail in shower it just looked nice and was first room I been in at this location that the shower curtain was placed like that. Was told that housekeeper by the name of Ashlee fourhorn usually worked on the 4th floor so great job ashlee.

Conveniently located in the downtown area minutes from the military base. We absolutely enjoyed our stay from check in to check out. The staff was professionsl, courteous and respectful and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and modern. We felt like we moved into a small apartment that felt like home. Lovely saltwater pool as well as a gym with anything one could ask for. The free breakfast in the mornings was plentiful and a delight. I would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional Stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Leavenworth Downtown!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton Leavenworth Downtown from August 7th to the 26th, and I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Amber, the diligent housekeeper who attended to my room.

Amber went above and beyond the call of duty during my stay. While I understand that the standard service typically doesn't include doing dishes, Amber took it upon herself to do just that. This level of dedication and attention to detail truly sets her apart.

What's more, I could distinctly tell the difference on the one day when someone else cleaned my room while Amber had her well-deserved day off. It lacked the personal touch and thoroughness that Amber consistently brought to her work.

I have a special place in my heart for individuals like Amber, who embody the spirit of service and go the extra mile to ensure their guests' comfort. Growing up, my mother, a single parent raising four children, worked tirelessly in a similar fashion, so I deeply appreciate the level of commitment and care that individuals like Amber demonstrate.

My stay at Home2 Suites by Hilton Leavenworth Downtown was truly remarkable, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Amber. Her dedication to her job and the guests she serves is commendable and heartwarming. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay in Leavenworth.

Had an unexpected overnight at work and ended up here, got in very late and our works payment had troubles coming through. The night managers Robert and Vincent were so personal and accommodating, absolutely made our experience better.

Absolutely a great place to stay. Rooms comfy and big anything you could want is in the room. Checking in, friendly, courtesy was what I encountered. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was great. I give this a 10 to stop if you need a reasonable rate.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We had a wonderful time and will be back again. There is a wonderful breakfast and amenities such as 24hr coffe/tea/hot cocoa. The place is really clean. We only saw a couple stains on the office chair and curtain that we assumed they just couldn’t get out as everything else was spotless. Linens were perfect. The main areas are also kept super nice. I know their housekeeping works hard to keep rooms clean as we saw a worker cleaning and sanitizing the outside of the room’s trash can! All but one of the front desk employees was absolutely kind and interactive. The only place that we saw needed any attention at all was the outside trash cans were overflowing the entire time we were there (three days span). The pool is a great size and the room it is in is very warm (the pool was chilly). I almost gave this 4/5 stars but really I was super impressed. And maybe that one employee just was having a rough day and because it was so cold no one did the trash outside. There is also a wonderful outdoor space and weight room. But next door is the BEST Mexican restaurant we have ever been. You can simply walk across the street to it!! I will certainly stay again.

After a horrible experience at a different hotel the night before, this was magical! The checkin was friendly and efficient, the room was amazing. It was clean, very cool (King bed in the bedroom and a seperate lounge/living area and kitchen in the other room. Spacious, comfortable, and suitable for a long-term stay if that's what you need. Complete with dishes, silverware, coffee pot, refirigerator, dishwasher, etc.

Would love to have one of these near home in West Des Moines, IA. I'd go there just for a get-away weekend!

Stayed 21 nights. Great customer service from Robert, Vincent, Rhonda, Jay and Courtney. Very friendly staff, attentive, responsive and good conversations. 👍 Robert and Vincent rocked!

Great service and facilities. The desk staff was extremely helpful in providing information about the area! The gym has better equipment than many traditional gyms, which helped battle travel-lag. Breakfast was well stocked and didn’t lack any necessities. Room was spacious and clean. Grounds were impeccable. Great place to stay! Will be back!

Loved this place. Was there for a month, and didn't have any real complaints. I heard that a couple other people had problems but the majority of the others I was there with didn't experience any issues. Breakfast selection was decent. Housekeeping staff was decent, was centrally located for me. The staff hosted a social for us and the food was very good! I would definitely go back there again next time I'm in town

A really nice place to stay..clean and friendly..I stayed with my little dog for awhile.. everyone is very attentive and there is plenty to do.. from the indoor pool to the outside BBQ if you so desire. Down town right there, plenty of shops and food places.
Ashley one of the housekeepers kept my room clean and always made sure I had plenty of coffee. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home..definitely recommend this hotel.

Very happy with our stay at Homes2 Suites by Hilton. The room was immaculate and huge! There was ample drawer space, an adequately sized bathroom, a nice kitchenette, and a desk area. The hotel also has a pool, free breakfast, and an attractive dining/lounge room. The parking lot is a bit small and if there’s a big event (like a wedding), the parking lot fills up.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The interior was updated. The breakfast was more than sufficient. The staff was very friendly. Would have loved to stay longer to enjoy the shops near the hotel and the outdoor spaces provided by the hotel. Nice pet area as well.

Great service from the staff. My room was cleaned daily and I didn't need to ask for refills on supplies during my long stay. The tall fridge with freezer and kitchenware puts this hotel above the others in the area. Overall, one of my best hotel stays.

Had a quick stay here and the staff was amazing! Our room was very nice and our bed super comfy! I appreciated how wonderful everyone was and that they were willing to accommodate our early check in request.
