Dental Health Group- Drs Yant, Longest, & Allen

When calling to make my first appointment, the receptionist was kind and on her game. When walking into the office, I was greeted in a professional manner. The space was very clean. I got to meet Dr Allen and Dr Yates as well as Erica, one of the hygienist. All of these professionals were kind, polite, and interested in my health. Everyone in the office used direct eye contact. They were active listeners. Everyone worked together to be an effective single team.
Clinically this was the best dental experience I have ever had. I am grateful to be a patient in this practice.

Great practice all the way around. Pleasant atmosphere--nice facility. All staff are competent and friendly. Dr. Yant is over the top in excellence. He is light years ahead of the other dentists I have seen. I look forward to having prettier and more functional teeth.

Everyone is always so friendly. They’ve been incredibly accommodating every time I’ve had dental emergencies. Their equipment is state of the art & I can’t recommend them highly enough!

My husband and I just transferred to this office and we are ecstatic with the care and attention to our dental health that we have received. The caregivers are very professional and thorough. Service is delivered in a very timely manner. The staff is friendly and they genuinely care about your how dental health is influenced by your general health. We have both had our general exams and our first cleanings at this office. So glad we were referred to this practice!

Just visited for a cracked tooth. Dr. Longest was very helpful. He performed a temporary repair and explained three possibilities for the permanent repair.

Dental Health Group is the finest dental service that I have ever had. The cleaning service by Josie and todays filling by Dr. Longest was quick, and actually enjoyable ! He is the best along with the entire staff. We are fortunate to have this entire staff here in Garrett County.

This place has literally changed my life! I was ready to have all my teeth pulled in my 30’s, but they knew I really didn’t want that. They worked with me, cared about my feeling, and now I have the prettiest smile and I love to smile again. They completely took away my fear of dentists. Will never go anywhere else!! Dr. Yant is my hero!!!

Clean, aesthetically pleasing office, easy parking, and wonderful staff! The front desk person was very nice, my wait was short, my dentist (Dr. Allen) was very knowledgeable, clear, transparent, patient, gentle, friendly, and conversational. All I could ask for! Her assistant who did my x rays was friendly and attentive. The hygienist, Amanda, was warm and had a lovely energy. She was also gentle and effective while cleaning my teeth-- no pain. They were also easygoing about my request to get a CD with my x-rays on it. I'm so glad to have found this dental group and I now have a higher standard for my dental care!

Everyone at this office was professional and friendly. The moment I walked in the door I was greeted and put at ease(I was a wee bit nervous). Every staff member I spoke to made me feel comfortable. I wish I could remember each name of the staff I spoke with as to thank them. Dr Allen was kind and gentle, she throughly explained each and every step of the exam. The dental assistant that worked with her was amazing. Amanda did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was so sweet. The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly, you can tell the staff work well together and like and respect each other. Definitely would recommend this office.

I would highly recommend this dental practice. The staff was very caring and friendly and Dr. Yates fantastic. He took the time to explain possible treatment options and procedures. A very modern up to date dentist and practice. Upon leaving, I could honestly say that for the first time I actuallyI enjoyed my visit to a dentist.

Amazing experience. Had an emergency appointment with Dr Yant due to jaw pain. Dr Yant was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the problem and possible solutions and quickly got me on the road to recovery. Looking forward to having him as our full time family dentist.
