March 2024, went here again for breakfast, awesome biscuits and gravy and quiche again was great. Cinnamon roll really good too. Moved from 4 star to 5 star for great constant food.

I love everything about this place.
Food is delicious. The service is wonderful. And what a beautiful place to have your early morning coffee, sit by the window and enjoy the views.

Truly enjoyed everything about our experience at Truman Café & Custard, in January. We will definitely return! Their customer care & service is very accommodating. The atmosphere matched with the food is very appealing. We enjoyed it so much, that we returned several times, during our stay in south Missouri!

We stopped in at the Truman Cafe for a quick snack. I asked the sweet lady at the counter if they had Diet Dr Pepper and lamented the fact that it’s hard to find. She said she knew where some was and proceeded to bring me 3 ice cold cans. Talk about going above and beyond - she made my weekend with her kind gesture (and the Diet Dr Pepper went great with the delicious chocolate peanut butter brownie, yum!)

Really good salads and smoothies, along with desserts and other treats. Beautiful place to eat outside especially in the spring and summer. I’d imagine the fall colors are also beautiful as well. You just can’t beat Big Cedar! Will definitely come back again!

Very unique coffee shop near the Big Cedar Lodge registration and spa. Service was very friendly and my chai tea latte was simple and delicious. We didn't have any food besides the yogurt parfait, which my wife enjoyed. Great stop if you're in the BCL/WC area.

Was not expecting much from a counter service restaurant, prices are quite high considering but they absolutely deliver on food quality, arguably the best breakfast quiche I've ever eaten. So a good value for money, and sitting outside in early October eating breakfast was glorious.

Great place for a quick breakfast, coffee, or snack. Since there really isn’t coffee shops on every corner of the lodge finding Truman Cafe’ & Custard. Any type of coffee drink you like hot or cold. The inside is open until about 2 then you order from a window outside. We enjoyed biscuits and gravy, yogurts, and quiches during breakfast and some shakes in the afternoon. It overlooks an awesome bunking creak and is part of the lodges shops and spa mall. Plenty of parking and the shuttle picks up and drops off here too. It’s also a walking distance to other great attractions like a marina and cabins.

This lovely little cafe is loaded with charm, great patios both front and back. You first walk through a gorgeous, heavy metal gate. The little cottage is wonderfully decorated with lots of heavy wood and intricate metal scrolling.
We were greeted warmly when we came in and placed an order at the counter. There's a small menu of delicious goodies, but no scones or muffins. I ordered the absolutely delicious, Western quiche (A+)and my husband ordered the breakfast burrito (B). I also ordered a vanilla, soy late which was one of THE best cups espresso drinks I've had since we moved to Missouri. (A+++) Great find for sure.

Great place for breakfast. Their croissant sandwich was delicious, as were the seasonal chias. The biscuits and gravy were okay, could be better. Would definitely return.

Very beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy custard ice cream. If you are in the area stop by for a refreshing dessert. *They offer military discount! Ask for Cici, she is very friendly and helpful.

What a lovely spot! Very good espresso, friendly staff, and delicious food, including the can’t miss, warm and gooey cinnamon rolls. If you’re looking for a relaxing, nice place to have breakfast and grab coffee, this one is worth the short drive out of Branson (the views along the way are also worth seeing). The food was on the pricier end, but totally worth it.

Came to this cafe for breakfast and coffee! Such a cute little cafe with great food and drinks. I don’t have a picture of the breakfast burrito I ordered because it was so good. I asked for a s’mores shake that wasn’t in season anymore for their menu and the manager made it for me!! So good and will definitely come back!! Super nice staff!

This is a fun family stop on a hot day. So far all we have tried are the smoothies and shakes, they were wonderful! Beautiful building with a casual vibe offering breakfast, sandwiches, and light eats as well as coffees and sweet treats. The cookies look amazing!

Great food, we went there for breakfast and their egg quiche, breakfast sandwich and cinnamon rolls were amazing!

The icecream is sooo good , this is some gourmet icecream!! It is pricey but worth every penny. The sundaes are loaded with toppings and the staff was really friendly.

Cutest Breakfast Cafe! It gets very busy, but the service stays on point and friendly and the dining area turns over regularly. Good and coffees are really good. There’s a wide variety on the menu and some snacks as well. Something for everyone.

The Truman Cafe is one of Big Cedars Lodge best keep secrets. It has excellent service and food. We loved the Cheddar Beef sandwich.

The biscuits and gravy are awesome! My family loved the cinnamon roll and the coffee drinks.
