Seaside Restaurant

While visiting my sister, my husband kept saying he wanted to try Dungeness Crab (us thinking this is the whole crab everyone is eating) so she googled and found this spot.

We got clams and oysters for appetizers. My daughter order the kids fried clams and shrimp basket with the corn fritters (she was overjoyed with her food selection lol!). My sister and I had steamed crab legs and my husband went with the dungeness crab, when the order arrived at the table we realized we must have chose the wrong thing. After asking our waiter we found out that the whole crabs are Maryland blue crab and it wasn’t on the menu you just have to ask for them. That’s the only thing that sucked because we had no idea, but lesson learned I guess.

Everything was good and tasted fresh. Loved the atmosphere as well. Will definitely be eating here again next visit to order that blue crab!

I definitely recommend this restaurant. The food was excellent. The cream of cream soup had huge chunks of crab meat throughout it. The medium crabs were heavy and very tasty. The hushpuppies were good. The shrimp came with potatoes and onions. It was a lot of food and good.

Best crab I’ve had. Super fresh! Love the mix of the soup and oysters were fresh too!

My family comes in to visit me from Pennsylvania, and I have to take them to seaside for crabs 🦀 the atmosphere and service are always fantastic. We have never had a bad meal, and we have been many times. I love the fried jumbo shrimp 🍤 but this time, I tried the seafood club sandwich, and when I say it didn't disappoint me at all. Man, it was outstanding. We love the Jumbo Crabs 🦀 when we can get them. Parking can be a bit difficult, but other than that, we love this place.

While visiting Baltimore, I knew I could leave without having Maryland Crab. Someone recommended The Seaside restaurant. I am so glad I listened. My friend and I enjoyed whole steamed male crab, hush puppies and steamed corn. I assumed that we would be getting a couple of crabs. Our wait staff came and dumbed a boat load of crabs on brown butcher paper on our table. My friend showed me how to open them.This was my first experience with Maryland Crab. The crabs were absolutely delicious. They were soooo sweet. We got butter but they didn't even need it!! I enjoyed my entire experience. The wait staff was so kind and made sure I enjoyed myself. 10/10 recommend.

Good vibes at this restaurant. A coworker brought me while I was in town and it was a great experience for seafood. We had cocktails, baked clams, shrimp and bacon, fries and crabs. Everything was delicious and well prepared. I would happily return.

Great place! Crabs were very good at those time of year.$110 a dozen an they were males #1 . We went around lunch time it was slow but within 15 mins of arriving the place got packed we only got crabs an drinks so I can't speak for anything else but I was very satisfied with our food. My wife did get the red crab soup which I tasted an that wasn't bad either.

I liked this seafood restaurant because it had such an authentic feel. It's kinda old school with the decor but the food and service was pretty damn awesome. The waiter and staff checked on us frequently. It was our family dinner and the feel of the place just added to it. I'm definitely going back to get the crabs. The crab legs I ordered were seasoned perfectly. The cream of crab soup had a nice base to it as well. I was satisfied with my first trip here.

I enjoyed the food, service, and dining experience. A nice quaint place for a relaxed time with family and friends. I knew I would enjoy this establishment from the phone conversation I had with Joanne, the manager. Thanks Joanne you said I would like Seaside and my guest and I did.
The picture is a crab pretzel, salmon Ceasars salad, and corn fritters. There were six fritters I just forgot to take my picture because I wanted to eat. 😊😊😊

Wow. 100% amazing. The food was beyond delicious and our server was so nice and attentive. She was perfect. We have never been here before today and I will absolutely go back and recommend to anyone. My husband got the seafood Alfredo, and loved it and I got the seafood combo platter. The best thing I've ever eaten. I'm so incredibly impressed with everything. Our little one loved his fish and chips.

Ok so this place in off in the cut the parking is is small but like they say big things come in small packages. Food was suggested by my waiter Janet and the bar tender amber in the one you have to see for a drink . Great you can order crabs and snow crabs by the box . The cold slaw was amazing. I’m going back after church

You will never go wrong having a meal here. I ordered my platter broiled by mistake and it was still good actually better than fried although oysters weren't included. The food is is always fresh and excellent. The customer service is always on point probably because 18% gratuity is already added to the bill

Steamed crab were cooked to perfection. Sampler app, side salad, and crab cakes were delicious.

Wow - best seafood ever! Crab toast was wonderful! Shared the stuffed shrimp with my husband - he got the breaded, I got the broiled - both were incredible and had imperial crab stuffing - amazing! We were visiting relatives who took us here - if you are lucky enough to get here, you will be very glad!!

I was visiting the area to attend the Wine in the Woods event and even though they had food vendors I really wanted some blue claw crabs and o am so happy this place was recommended.

I thoroughly enjoyed the crabs. They take 20 minutes to cook so order a beverage/cocktail and an appetizer to hold you over while you wait for your seasoned fresh and hot crabs to be brought to the table.

I ordered the crab dip pretzel as my appetizer and it was huge. I didn't want to get full so I only ate a portion there and enjoyed the rest when I got back home to Philly.

When I arrived around 4pm on a Saturday afternoon there was no wait and had the option to sit in the dining room or bar area; I choose the bar area. I sat in the bar area.

Good service and delicious food. I would dine here again if I'm in the area.

WOW. Everything was good and we enjoyed our visit to this local treat. I would have pictures but we were so hungry when we got there that we never snap one. Lol!! The soup, the steamer combo, the stuff tilapia, the crab dip(OMG), and the hush puppies were all our favorites. Our server was excellent and attentive at all times.

This was my 1st time here. I was very impressed with everything there. The food, the service and the atmosphere was very nice. I will go back again real soon. Also, our server "Stacey" helped with us making good choices for our food.

Crab! Crab! Crab! Had the crab Louis and fried Softshell crab and both were delicious. But I dream at night of those corn nuggets. I love this place.

The Blue crabs are always awesome. The service is spectacular and the staff very helpful. Parking is awful, but most of the time not a problem.
