Smile Starters - Greensboro

I have been going here for years I went here as a child n now I started taking my kids here when each of them turned a year old. I have 4 kids now. Ages 8,4,2,1 and I love this place and even the little ones have no issues after a few times of going. They all look forward to going every time. N I love all the staff they are so gentle n kind n talk you thru everything.

We’ve been there 3 times, and the staff is really kind to my son. I would like to recognize Maria for being extra kind and gentle with my son. They are very explanatory of the process they are going to perform. I highly recommend it.

wish i’d gotten their names but ill be back for my cleaning next week, these two women were phenomenal. out going and nice, and very sure to ensure i was numb throughout my entire procedure.

So far so good it's my oldest daughter second time coming here So hopefully every time she has an appointment turns out to be just fine with me as long as the job is well done and no complications then I am Ok

Dr.Flemings, Belinda, and Porsha were amazing! They all took care my babies like they were theirs. I felt they had the best interest of my kids oral health. They deserve some recognition!!! Thanks ladies!!

The front check in staff is always very nice. The nurses are great as well. They explain everything so well when signing for the treatment plan at the end of the visit. However, there can be quite a wait sometimes even if you are early for your appointment, so just don’t make any plans for right after. I have been coming here for 11 years. My kids and I are very pleased !!

My children have been here for 10 years now. They are always recognized when they come in and receive excellent service. I have never had an issue with the staff here. Some of the patients parents are loud and unprofessional in the waiting room, but that's beyond anyone's control. Thank you guys for providing us with great service and education for years.

Our experience was very positive. They were able to ease my son’s anxiety and treat him with no issues. Very positive and knowledgeable staff and dentist.

i got fillers on both sides the numbing was fantastic barley any pain, fast paced + no after pain !

This morning's appointment with my youngest granddaughter was great! We arrived early and were seen early. Therefore, we were able to eliminate exponentially time wasted out of school! Staff are always friendly and courteous

The staff is pleasant. From staff checking in/out to the orthodontist everyone works together to make sure the appointment goes well. Very communicative in regards to patients and our concerns. Goes beyond to accommodate to your needs. Have been going here for 11 years

My daughter has been a patient at the Greensboro, NC (Summit Ave.) location for a few years now and it’s been a great experience! Staff are friendly and it’s overall quality care. They all seem to really care about the patients. 😊

My oldest daughter has been going here for years. I had one issue but that was years ago when I had to wait for a very long time for my daughter to be seen. The staff is friendly. However, when my daughter turns one hopefully I can go back there with her being that she is still so young.

My 11 year old had FOUR baby teeth that had to be pulled. He said he was glad he went and like most kids he isn't really happy about going to the dentist so I was pleasantly surprised by his reaction after coming out. Thank you for taking good care of my very best buddy.
