Dr. Paula I. Kapec is a great professional dentist. She cares and she’s very sensitive to patients’ needs.
She goes out of her way to anticipate and accommodate the support, care and treatment that patients need and deserve. When “GOD fines a better dentist and team than what Dr. kapec can provide; he’ll let me know, and I haven’t heard from him.

I didn't go to the dentist for along time, but I'm definitely glad these ladies were referred to me they are excellent, professional, and they make you feel extremely comfortable. I feel fine asking them anything and they take care of business and you do not feel any pain. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Paula and the staff did excellent job. They took time to look at my teeth and checked to see if there was anything wrong. Which there wasn't. They gave me a good report. They were nice as usual I can't wait till the next 6 months to see them again.

My dentist retired. I had been going to him for many years. I worried that he would be hard to replace. Well, I found someone better. (Dr. Kapec). Dr. Kapec and her staff are excellent. They’re patient and very thorough. Everything is explained in detail. I always leave there with a great experience. No pressure. Just a staff that makes me feel as if I matter.

Best dentist in NC possibly the whole USA! Always professional and caring. Clean office always wearing face masks even prior to c-19. Don't even think of going anywhere else!! Been going to Dr Kapec for years actually look forward to my appointment!

We LOVE going to the dentist. Dr. Kapec is an awesome dentist and my entire family loves the entire dental family there. When you walk in, you feel very welcomed ll the way up until you leave. The hospitality is awesome. We love love love Jen! She's been there since day 1 for us. This place is amazing! I can't recall the other dentist that we see as well but she's right beside Jen and she is spectacular as well.

Wonderful as always, considerate, friendly and professional. I've been going to Dr. Kapec since i was a very small child and I always LOVED and still do absolutely LOVE my time in the office. I had awful teeth as a child and had to have constant fillings, and Dr. Kapec always made it a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I will NEVER switch dentists. The staff is absolutely wonderful as well! The women there have seen me grow up and they always make me feel so welcomed every time i come in! Really, the BEST dental office!

The staff is very friendly. They work well together. Always happy and seem to really enjoy what they do. They go over and above to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. They take their time and do a thorough assessment. Dr. Kapec is one of a kind! She is gentle and compassionate. Dr. Kapec answers all your questions. She listens to you and actually hears what you say. She prioritizes your needs taking into account your overall health. I’ve been to a lot of dentists in my life. By far, she is the best I’ve gone to! I highly recommend her.

very professional and caring staff, dentistry is clean and descent. Went there two years ago and took a break because of my insurance. After getting it straight I decided to go back to start all over because I feel they are the best.

Today 3/7/23, Had an extraction done, I had so much fear at the beginning but later on relaxed during the procedure because of the care and gentility I received from the Dr and staff. This is my second review because this was my first extraction with them. The care was so much that I felt so comfortable and did not even took note when they were done with the procedure. Dr Kapec and her team are the best, I will recommend to anyone.

We absolutely love Dr Kapec’s office. Her entire staff are very personable and they actually know their patients. They take the time to have discussions with you and they make you feel very comfortable even if you don’t really like going to the dentist. This is the best office and if they’re accepting new patients and you’re looking for a new dentist, then Dr Kapec office is your place to be. We love her and her staff!!

Paula Kapec, I want to say thank you for treating me like family. Nikki you did a wonderful job on my cleaning. I now have a new dentist and dental hygienist. Again, thanks to everyone there. As usual my experience today and at the Kapec, dental office was very professional and very warm. They made me feel like a member of the family. After my check up by the doctor I also got my teeth cleaned and everything went well. I highly recommend this office.
