It was clean and well organized. The staff greeted me as I came in but I wasn't asked if I needed help until I appeared to be lost on the seafloor after a few minutes. I was able to get what I needed and to learn about the other options no problem. I will definitely stop in there again if need be and recommend you do, too.

So let me tell the whole world about this handsome man name EVERETT (I may have spelled his name wrong) but he is a freaking life saver, he went above and beyond to help me with my battery when no one else would help, he was assisted by another man (tall white guy) very charming as well but i couldn'tremember his name!!! I am soooo pleased of the customer service these men gave me.. EVERETT deserves a very big raise for his customer service today!!! Thanks autozone! 🙂

Mike here is amazing! He took the time to come out and look at the headlight on my bmw (the light wouldn’t stay clamped in). This is the second time he took about 45 minutes to help me diagnose a major issue that would cost me by the hour somewhere else. Mike I can’t say thank you enough - you went above and beyond sir.

I purchased a windshield wiper tonight and was very pleased with the sales persons customer service. I can't remember his name but I know his family is Puerto Rican and he can speak Spanish. I drive for Uber and needed a replacement wiper right away since it was raining. The gentleman suggested the best one (not the most expensive) and he came out and attached it to my car. It took only a few minutes. I will definitely buy my car products from them from now on.

Had an excellent experience with this Auto Zone. My car battery died tonight--managed to get it jumped and took it to this Auto Zone location, thinking it was open. They had actually closed a half an hour earlier...but the two employees (who were still working & cleaning) were nice enough to re-open the store AND change my battery within 10 minutes. Can't ask for better service than that. Highly recommended for the excellent staff.

I was in and out in about 5 min. I didnt have my receipt to return my alternator core but they were able to pull it up with no problem. The attendant was very nice and helpful

Courtney was great and helpful as I purchased windshield wipers. It was great working with a woman. The men tend to make you feel stupid because you aren't familiar with car parts. Wonderful experience!

The manager here went above and beyond this morning, replacing my daughter's car battery. Excellent customer service!!

They were very helpful. Our engine light came on and they let us use the meter to read the code so we'd know what to do before continuing our travels back home.

Went there 30 mins before closing and 2 gentlemen Ken and Mike were closing up and they stayed later helping me get everything I need and want rushing me great experience especially seeing as I am states away from home great group of people way to go the extra mile for strangers thanks you thank you the ujoint and away bar link guy
