Night & Day Dental

I have been visiting Night & Day Dental for a couple of years. I appreciate the late hours for the people that work during regular business hours. I had a bad experience last year with staff (that is no longer there) which had me considering finding a different dentist office. The women that helped me during my appointment (from check-in to check-out) were so kind and helpful. They restored my trust in my dentist office and even made the appointment fun! I really appreciate knowing they are looking out for me and make sure I have a clear of understanding of the charges. It is such a relief knowing that I won't dread going back to dentist in 6 months. If you are looking for a new dentist office, I highly recommend this one.

I’d been putting off finding a new dentist for a while so I was nervous coming in as a new patient. Everyone working here made the whole process simple for me: the initial
phone call to set up my new patient appointment, the receptionist when I explained I was having trouble with my forms, and Annie and Jmiyah, who made an awesome cleaning team!! They also made it clear for me what my insurance would and wouldn’t cover. I’m so glad I found my new dentist!! The vibes were immaculate.

My Dentist Dr.Annie and her dental assistant Jmiyah are the best people you want to do your service and that are so sweet and marvelous people and I truly love them and trust them with my life from the Durham,NC office.

Annie and Jmiyah were very nice and thorough. They did a wonderful job taking care of me during my appointment. Will definitely be back to see them soon!

Absolutely love this place, the office manager is great and has helped me schedule appointments etc for my entire family. The staff is excellent and caring, plus Dr. Kitchen is AMAZING with kids! Mahogani is a great dental assistant as well, my kids loved her and she was super calming for me and I’m terrified of the dentist! Annie is a great hygienist for kids as well, she helped my screaming 5 year old get through sealant.

I am a new patient at Night & Day Dental. When I entered the office, I was pleased to have entered a got such a great greeting by the office staff. The entire staff treated me as if I was the only patient they needed to attend to during my visit. They showed great knowledge and professionalism in assisting me with my insurance needs and the deadlines I needed to meet. Due to so many required meetings, I had to change my appointments, and not once did I feel like it was a disservice. Having dental work done is not my favorite pastime. However, meeting with my dentist and the wonderful technicians, assistants and of course my hygienist I felt comfortable, at ease, and able to follow through with all procedures within a couple of days. Today was my first time there. The staff were very helpful. I am pregnant and they made sure to take care of me. Nisha worked front desk and she was very sweet, patient and helped me so so much!! Dr. Chuck and Dr. Kitchen were amazing as well!! Very informative. All of front desk helped out to make sure everything was taken care of. My visit was very pleasant and I will be back!

Not sure how they get bad reviews......Every single staff member I came in contact with was professional and compassionate. I have severe anxiety and the tremendous pain I've been experiencing wasn't helping. They were kind, reassuring, patient and just plain awesome..... they even had me laughing a few times. The doctors were honest and forthcoming with addressing the most important issues first. They laid out a plan that was surprisingly less expensive than I was expecting. They arranged for me to return in 2 days to have another serious issue addressed on the opposite side. I just can't thank them enough. 3 hours of work down and I now have a beautiful and confident smile that will only get better as I get the smaller issues taken care of.

My husband and I both had appts at 11am and 12pm at North Duke Street Durham, NC. I have to say we were pleasantly pleased!!!! From the check in to Dental Assistance, Dental Hygienist to the Doctor it was a great experience. Everyone was friendly, helpful and professional. Great group of people!!!
My experience there prior has not always been as good. I was very pleased this time with Night and Day Dental. Keep up the good work!!!

Dr. Kitchen, Keisha, and J'Myah made my experience the best! Dr. Kitchen was gentle while removing my teeth and they put together a dental plan for me that's affordable! Thanks ladies and I wish you all were here from day 1 all my dental issues would have been resolved by now!!

Jmiyah and Annie were absolutely wonderful for my dental cleaning! I loved the friendly environment and thoughtfulness throughout the entire process they made everything very enjoyable!

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this particular location. The staff is AMAZING and the manager, Keisha, has them well organized. They’re always helpful and has mastered comfort to customers insuring a successful visit. I recommend Annie, she’s great and knows her craft.

Dr. Kitchens and all the girls that were climbing on my were awesome. They helped me with a smile, and were very professional! They made me feel as if I was the most important person there. Front desk was through and well staffed.

Dr. Lee and Linda are an exceptional team! I'm so grateful I was able to get in the same day for a chipped tooth. During the procedure, everything was explained to me in a manner that us lay folks can understand. They both worked very well together to get the job done in a way that brought minimal pain to their patient (me). I just found a new dentist that I'm sticking with! Thank you Dr. Lee!

Great welcoming and they explained everything that was pertaining to my case. Annie was my hygienist. We laughed, and she got the job done. Annie and Jakla knew thier craft like no other. Yes, I will recommend them to others. Wonderful job ladies.

Night and Day Dental is an excellent choice for your dental needs. I absolutely love them. They do everything from routine cleanings to emergency needs in walk-in care. They have a very polite and knowledgeable staff and take almost all insurance including Medicaid. While they will not put you under for surgery in the office if you need to have wisdom teeth pulled or excetera they can refer you to an excellent practice who will. This will always be my dentist of choice. This location in Durham does not have weekend hours, but if you need to be seen on the weekend they do have an office in Raleigh that does.
