The persons on this call were very helpful. I had to call twice in one day. Sure it took me a while to get through all the security prompts but I eventually reached a live person each time within 5 minutes. During both calls, I was treated with kindness and respect and provided the information I needed. and even given additional info I was not aware of for my benefit. I greatly appreciate the assistance! Thank you!

I went with my mother in law yesterday and can honestly say I had a 5 star experience. From the security guard to the man in the front desk to the awesome lady in the back that went above and beyond helping us. Thank you guys for taking us and helping with our IRS issues.

Staff were professional, courteous, efficient, helpful. The tax specialist was able to resolve my problem in 15 minutes. The security screening (that others have mentioned) was no different than at any Federal facility or NC county courthouse; no problem for me. Kudos to the staff!

Drove my cousin here. Warning: Your body will be scanned (for weapons??) And your bag/ purse will be searched. Why? Well idk but evidently they think someone will take the long drive out there for a scheduled appointment to threaten an IRS employee? 😂 But the people here, including the security officer at the door, are warm and courteous.

On the day of my appointment the representative that I saw did an excellent job with me I really think her for all her services and her help the only issue that I had upon my arrival was the security guard I felt like he did a little bit too much when it comes to search people

Gerald was awesome! Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I drove all the way from Fayetteville to Raliegh because the Fayetteville office sucks.. they are super rude and never helpful. Thanks Gerald!!
