Always delicious! My go to stop 4 to 5 times a week for a healthy breakfast or lunch. Rick the owner is very knowledgeable and friendly, has great recipes, and always makes sure you are happy with the product. Blueberry Cheesecake is my favorite shake.
Best protein shakes, no bad protein taste, feels so wrong but so right. The teas are delicious and gives you that boost of energy we all need at times. There is also an awesome personal training studio available! All you need in one spot for healthy choices! I highly recommend the Nutrition Fix!

My go-to spot after a good workout. The Peanut Butter Cookie meal replacement shake is to die for and the teas give you great energy with no crash. The owner Rick is a super nice guy and has built a beautiful personal training studio in the back. Highly recommend trying it for yourself!

Rick has got to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I went in 10 minutes before they closed and apologized and he was so sweet about the situation, letting me know repeatedly it wasn’t an issue. He had a genuine conversation with me while making my teas (which are SO delicious BTW)! I would definitely recommend going to check this place out if you can!

Rick has completely transformed the place since taking over in January 2023! It has a fun vibe and atmosphere. The shakes and teas are excellent and I absolutely love the protein coffee to get my day started right!

Even though they are right around the corner off of Hwy 55, I've lived here for years and missed them somehow. Glad I found this spot! The owner is awesome, and you can tell she is truly interested in the health and happiness of her community. They've got a huge variety of drinks, from wild, fruity neon mixed teas to thick meal replacement shakes (more my style).

It's also just a cool place to hang out. Have been in several times and since it's right on the way to work I expect I'll be returning often.

Love Chelsea, Rob, and all the staff there. We quickly became regulars and easily go AT LEAST 4-5 a week. Always welcoming, and just the nicest staff! Lots of creativity and variety in their tea and shake menu and they offer a tea and shake of the week. We've swapped our [pretty] daily coffee routine with NuFix teas and love it!

Today was my first time experiencing Healthy, But Good and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Steven was AMAZING! He helped me through the entire ordering process, informed me of all health benefits involved, and got to know each other on a personal level. I love being able to connect with people on a personal level, so this really resonated with me. My shake and tea were delicious! I am not a tea person, but I sucked down that raspberry tea! So good! Great way to start off a Monday! If you are a first time customer, be sure to let them know as you get half off your first order!

Was happy when we moved here to find a place like this so close to us. A lot of variety of flavors for Tea and smoothies. My wife and I go 3-4 times a week. Staff is always great plus the owner is a fan of The Office so bonus.

I ordered a strawberry banana protein shake. It was delicious. I typically don’t like the taste of some protein but this was perfect. I’ll be back!

I've been there dozens of times and never failed to have a great experience. The shakes are marvelous as is the selection of flavors. Can't beat a truly healthy meal that tastes as good and better than a sugar-loaded snack. And the people are wonderful! Have a great time, go there today!

The best shake I’ve ever had. And although they do have Herbalife products, no one even tried to sell me, or push the product on me. I love the place I will definitely be back!

I always have a great experience every time I go in . I feel welcomed and I just love the way they have decorated it’s so cute ! The shakes and teas are amazing I haven’t had one yet that I didn’t like !

🌈 This is a very nice place with nice people that give you so many selections and sales pitch to buy more for the future that I had to walk out. I just came in for a smoothie, not a huge container of whey protein. 🥛 I wish they would read this post. Aloe Vera drink, Green Tea, too many potions in the smothiie. I prefer to pick up my whey protein online and make sure it's organic.

Have been coming here and seeing Chelsea for almost a year now. Love her teas and have a couple of my favorites, but she has seasonal variations too.

The owners are absolutely amazing. Such kind people. The teas are so good and the iced coffee is my fav!
