My experience working with Amber Parker and the folks at Spruce pine was great. I contacted them with my offer, they worked the deal to meet my numbers, and we test drove the car and bought it. Everything was straightforward and hassle-free. When we arrived at the dealership the car was ready to go, the paperwork was a breeze, and we had fun. Amber and everyone we met in the sales and business departments was knowledgeable and had no trouble fielding our few questions. And when I called back to have the installation of my EV charger initiated, it was taken care of immediately. I heartily recommend Amber and Spruce Pine Chevrolet. They did a wonderful job!

I’m local and came by here 3 years ago but wasn’t satisfied with what I needed. I came back again hearing about the new management and owners. Needing just an oil change but got way more than expected. While I was waiting in the lobby for my car I was greeted and welcomed by just about everyone who walked by. Employees and even others I didn’t even know. I was offered complimentary drinks and a small snack while I waited, didn’t accept any but it was the intention that mattered to me. I got offered a FREE professional appraisal and didn’t think much of it till I saw the outcome. My Sales Rep (not going to mention names because they were all so helpful) was so kind and supportive in my options on what was best for me. They made it make sense and an easy process for me to walk out of there with my newer Cadillac!

Excellent service department, Christen was excellent to work with! Made getting my oil change a breeze. I will admit I’m one of those that doesn’t get a regular oil change because of the hassle it usually is, NOT today!!! If I can work with Christen again I will be back to get my oil changed again when it’s due. Thanks for the excellent service!

I am from Florida and had some issues when I arrived in Burnsville. I googled and found Spruce Pine dealership. I took my truck there and was shocked. You would have thought I purchased my truck from them. Jacob in the service department was great and took care of my truck.
They were so great I would drive up to purchase my next truck from them. If their sales department is half as good as their service department I know I will be satisfied.

A "GREAT" buying experience! I dealt with Steele in sales , Chris in finance, and Tori, the sales manager. I purchased a certified pre owned GMC 3500. Before I took a 4 hour ride to look at the truck, Steele did a live video for me of the truck. I told Steele that he was my eyes, and to check it out. He was very thorough. Later I received a call from Tori informing me that if I made the ride to look at the truck and if I wanted it a few things needed to be corrected before taking delivery. Tori said to come on up, check out the truck, sign the paperwork and the truck would be delivered to me when it was done. He also said that he would send someone to pick up my 2 trades. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Spruce is an outstanding business, and other dealerships should follow their business practices. Everyone was so kind. I trusted them to do what was needed. Tiffany was especially kind. She drove me home while my car was being fixed and then came and got me when it was done! You don't get that kind of service in big cities.
