Lamar Ford made my process go smoothly. Most sales representatives are pushy because they want to secure the deal. Not Lamar, he gave me space allowed me to look around and answered any questions I may have had. Once I decided on a couch Lamar informed me of the time frame I’d be receiving my couch. I wasn’t expecting my couch until Early to mid December. I got a surprise call the day before thanksgiving asking if I’d like my couch for thanksgiving it can be delivered. James and Nick came and delivered my furniture they were very respectful and kind. Unpackaged my couch and set it up to my liking. I always come here. The first rep I talked to never got back with me. I came back a few weeks later and received excellent service from Raven Paul. He was so attentive and paid attention to everything I was explaining. When I was ready to proceed I definitely went back to Raven. The first rep had me upset for him not responding back but Raven made sure I was tooken care of. Thanks Raven for all your help.

Purchased a sectional & had delivery for the same week! Brenden gave great advice, showed me exactly what I was looking for & had great communication throughout the sale. The delivery team, Lamar & Isaiah did amazing! They called to notify me & arrived precisely on time. Unloaded, unpackaged & set up the whole sectional quickly. They even took the initiative to wash their hands before touching any fabric!

New to the area, and went around to a lot of different shops, we were very impressed by the prices and selection available! Matt is the one who helped us, he was knowledgeable, personable, and made us feel comfortable. We ended up finding 3 beautiful couches, two end tables and a coffee table set, and a bunch of great throw pillows. Our new home is going to be exactly what I wanted! We also received the 5 year warranty on our Italian leather couches, which is great 😊 I highly recommend this shop for anyone who is looking for good quality, and good prices.
