He is friendly and listens to what you are looking for without trying to sell you a bunch of stuff you don't need. The delivery crew is second to none. They are fast and efficient in getting the furniture you purchase assembled in a timely manner.I highly recommend this store for all of your furniture needs while supporting a great local business.

I worked with Todd Mason the other day at Dixie. What a great experience I had!!!! He made me feel completely at home. I was a little intimidated just because I'm on a budget but Todd was super knowledgeable and helped me find some things that looked great and were affordable.

I absolutely had the BEST experience ever with this company and will continue to purchase items from them. Dianna Beaufort was my go to women, she was very patient and understanding to my needs. She took out time to help me pick out furniture and gave many suggestions. I honestly didn’t believe excellent customer service existed but she definitely showed me that it does exist. I was looking on the internet for a whole house full of Ashley furniture. I saw Dixie's name and it's history and decided to give them a chance. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like I was the most important person to ever walk in that store. From my awesome salesman to the store manager and wonderful office staff, and even the owners, they made a potentially stressful experience a pleasure. Amazing teamwork! I was able to have my credit approved in minutes. All of my furniture had to be ordered and everything arrived and was delivered in 1 week!! The delivery guys were so courteous and careful too. I tell all my friends to shop at Dixie Furniture!!

Dixie Furniture is well worth a visit. Everyone there is friendly to work with especially Tanya was the sales person that weighted on us both times we were there. There delivery personnel were as good as they come. Again a home town store that gives you that big store quality and service at a competitive price. Skip Dawson has been with Dixie Furniture as long as I can remember and I have been sending customers to Dixie ever since. Dixie customers stay Dixie customers. Charlestonians don't like change and there is no need to change a thing about how Dixie does business. Everyone has told me they were very satisfied by the selection, the price and the service before and after the sale. If you shop anywhere else and don't shop Dixie, you're doing it wrong. Go look at what you get elsewhere, then see what Dixie can do...they got everyone beat. It is no wonder they have been in Charleston as long as they have. If they weren't doing it right, the big box stores would have put them out of business years ago, but customer loyalty on account of great service and selection beats a big box deal any day. We have bought from the big box stores and always there is some fiasco that ensues. Any trouble with anything Dixie incurred, they handled it swiftly and made it twice as good as before. Ya just can't go wrong with shopping Dixie.... I highly recommend them.

I walked into Dixie Furniture with the mindset of being let down for credit...Boy was I wrong Rebecca and Milton were incredible sales people very personable. They guided me thru the process of finding me the furniture I was in need of and when the time came for the financing I was sweating bullets but they assured me everything would be fine and it was. They worked with me on a down payment that was reasonable and the payments were also reasonable. I look forward to doing many more years of business with Dixie...Thank you for everything

Rating Dixie Furniture Company, I would personally say rates above the 5 star level allowed, My husband and I have been purchasing furniture from the company for several years, never having any issues with delivery, minor damage yes as anyone would expect when your having items delivered that's already fragile, within my families situation Dixie Furniture, and it's staff has always done their very best individually and as a team to fix any situation that may have occurred.We will and always continue purchasing, from the company, I have not visited any of their other stores but I am pretty sure they all have exceptional services, Mr. K, Mrs. Janice, and my personal salesman Mr. Mel thank your. I am a personable individual when Mel is not working on a day I may need services I wait, not for discounted services, the genuine service I receive speaks from him multitudes he's always there for any questions I may have. As I am sure that all the salesman employed within the company is the same as Mel, Delivery drivers my experience has been with a couple, 1 individual that has been there for all delivery thus far I don't like the fact that I can not remember his name but know exactly who he is when he comes to our home, great individual what I do know is that he has been employed for some time with the company, also awesome! My experience was easy from start to finish thanks to Rebecca!! This is my first time moving on my own and she was a huge help on me getting approved for my new furniture. Her personality made my journey less stressful and you can tell she people just as much as she loves her job! Which is hard to find.
